基本信息
本文件规定了房间加热用软片加热元件的安全要求。
本文件适用于预定安装在地板、1.2 m以下或2.3 m以上的墙壁、天花板上的软片加热元件,其单相装置额定电压不超过250 V,其他装置额定电压不超过480 V。
按照说明中安装在建筑物内,达到要求的危险防护等级后,软片加热元件即成为加热单元。

前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T4706《家用和类似用途电器的安全》的第82部分。GB/T4706已经发布了以下
部分:
—第1部分:通用要求;
—第2部分:电熨斗的特殊要求;
……
—第121部分:专业冰淇淋机的特殊要求。
本文件代替GB4706.82—2014《家用和类似用途电器的安全房间加热用软片加热元件的特殊要
求》,与GB4706.82—2014相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
—将一些注释调整为条文内容(见10.1、11.2.103,13.1、13.2、16.2、16.3、18.101、
18.102.5、22.103、22.105,2014年版的10.1、11.2.103,13.1、13.2、16.2、16.3、18.101、
18.102.5、22.103、22.105);
—更改了对预定安装在地板上的装有绝缘电线的加热单元的强度试验(见21.103,2014年版的
21.103);
—增加了安装在低于1.2m高度的墙壁中的加热元件的范围和具体要求(见第1章、6.2、7.1、
7.6、7.12.1、7.12.106、7.101、11.2、19.2、22.106、24.102、附录AA)。
本文件等同采用IEC60335﹘2﹘96:2019《家用和类似用途电器安全第2﹘96部分:房间加热用软片加热
元件的特殊要求》。
本文件做了下列最小限度的编辑性改动:
—标准名称改为《家用和类似用途电器的安全第82部分:房间加热用软片加热元件的特殊要
求》,增强标准体系的协调性;
—公式(1)进行了修正,根据IEC60335﹘2﹘96:2019和公式(1)的本身含义,IEC60335﹘2﹘96:2019
的公式(1)存在编辑性错误。

引言
GB/T4706《家用和类似用途电器的安全》大部分采用IEC60335。在此基础上,GB/T4706参考
IEC60335的结构形式,划分为若干部分,由通用要求和特殊要求构成,第1部分为通用要求,其他部
分为特殊要求。对于特殊要求范围涵盖的产品,其安全要求为通用要求与该特殊要求结合使用,在特殊
要求中包括了对通用要求中对应条款的补充和修改,以给出对每种产品的完整要求。
本文件是器具按照使用说明正常使用时,对电气、机械、热、火灾以及辐射等风险需要具有的防护
要求。本文件还包括使用中可能出现的非正常情况,并且考虑电磁干扰对器具安全运行的影响方式。
本文件已考虑GB/T16895《低压电气装置》中规定的要求,器具在连接到电源时与电气布线规则
的要求协调一致。
如果一台器具的多项功能涉及GB/T4706中的其他部分,只要合理,其他部分分别适用于该器具每
个功能。如果适用,需考虑一个功能对其他功能的影响。
当其他部分中未针对本文件中已经包含了的危险给出附加要求时,则GB/T4706.1适用。
GB/T4706是涉及器具安全的标准,优先于涵盖同一主题的通用标准/横向标准。
本文件与GB/T4706.1—2024《家用和类似用途电器的安全第1部分:通用要求》配合使用。本
文件中写明“适用”的部分,表示GB/T4706.1—2024《家用和类似用途电器的安全第1部分:通用
要求》中的相应条款适用于本文件;本文件写明“代替”的部分,则以本文件中的条款为准;本文件写
明“增加”的部分,表示除要符合GB/T4706.1—2024中的相应条款外,还需符合本文件条款中所增

GB/T4706.1—2024的该章以下述内容代替:
本文件规定了房间加热用软片加热元件的安全要求。
本文件适用于预定安装在地板、1.2m以下或2.3m以上的墙壁、天花板上的软片加热元件,其单相
装置额定电压不超过250V,其他装置额定电压不超过480V。
按照说明中安装在建筑物内,达到要求的危险防护等级后,软片加热元件即成为加热单元。
注101:注意以下情况:
─对于打算用在车辆、船舶或航空器上的加热单元,可能需要一些附加要求;
─国家有关的管理部门可能对器具规定附加要求。
注102:本文件不适用于以下情况:
─仅用于工业用途的加热单元;
─打算在特殊场所使用的加热单元,诸如存在腐蚀性或爆炸性的环境(粉尘、蒸气或煤气);
─毯、垫及类似柔性加热器具(GB/T4706.8);
─暖脚器和热脚垫(GB/T4706.80);
─电热地毯和安装在可移动地板覆盖物下方的用于加热房间的电热装置(GB/T4706.108);
─安装在其他器具中的柔性加热元件。
