GB4706本部分的全部技术内容为强制性。

本部分等同采用国际电工委员会IEC60335-2-15:2000(第4.1版)((家用和类似用途电器的安全

第2部分:液体加热器的特殊要求》和第二增补件((2000-07)。本部分应与GB4706.1-1998家《用和类

似用途电器的安全第一部分:通用要求》配合使用。

本部分中写明“适用”的部分,表示GB4706.1-1998中的相应条款适用于本部分;本部分中写明

代“替”的部分,则应以本部分中的条款为准;本部分中写明“增加”的部分,表示除要符合GB4706.1-

1998中的相应条款外,还必须符合本部分条款中增加的内容。

本部分与GB4706.19-1999的主要差异如下:

—在19.1条款中增加了:“除非,为了符合19.4的要求安装了非自复位热断路器,且其复位也不

是由使用者操作的。仅靠自复位热断路器的动作来符合19.101要求的电水壶也应进行

19.103的试验。”

—在19.2条款中的试验为无水试验。

—增加19.7条款:“蒸汽压力咖啡壶试验周期为5min,"

—增加19.103条款:“带有2个自复位热断路器的电水壶,将某个热断路器短路后按19.101规

定的条件进行试验在另一个热断路器动作后的2s时间内,在电水壶中注人温度为15,C士

5℃的水。1min后将电水壶中的水倒掉。试验进行100次。”

—在22.107条款中增加了:“电水壶在额定电压下工作到水沸腾”

—在22.109条款中增加了注:“正常使用方式考虑的是说明书涉及的壶盖位置,以及握壶把时使

用者手的可能位置。”

—增加24.1.2条款:“满足19.101试验需要的自复位热断路器,要承受3000个周期的动作”

—将24.1.3条款内容改为:“蒸汽压力咖啡壶中,用于启动煮制或产生蒸汽的开关要承受10000

个周期的动作。”

—增加24.4条款:“注:本条款不适用于无绳电水壶与其底座的连接”

—增加24.5条款:“注:本条款不适用于无绳电水壶与其底座的连接。”

本部分实施之日起,取消并代替了GB4706.19-1999

本部分由中国轻工业联合会提出

本部分由全国家用电器标准化技术委员会归口。
