前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
DB43/T657—2021《地理标志产品安化黑茶》包括六个部分:
——第1部分:黑毛茶;
——第2部分:千两茶;
——第3部分:湘尖茶;
——第4部分:茯茶;
——第5部分:黑砖茶;
——第6部分:花砖茶。
本文件为DB43/T657—2021的第2部分。
本文件代替DB43/T389—2010《安化黑茶千两茶》。与DB43/T389—2010相比,除结构调整和编
辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)增加了“保质期”内容;
b)增加了“篾篓”、“棕片”和“蓼叶”定义;
c)更改了“产品分类”,增加了万两茶、五千两茶、十两茶等规格的产品;
d)实物标准样由“每三年更换一次”更改为“每五年更换一次”;
e)增加了要求中“基本要求”章节;
f)理化指标方面,“非茶类夹杂物”指标由
