前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

DB43/T657—2021《地理标志产品安化黑茶》包括六个部分:

——第1部分:黑毛茶;

——第2部分:千两茶;

——第3部分:湘尖茶;

——第4部分:茯茶;

——第5部分:黑砖茶;

——第6部分:花砖茶。

本文件为DB43/T657—2021的第4部分。

本文件代替DB43/T569—2011《安化黑茶茯砖茶》。与DB43/T569—2011相比,除结构调整和编

辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)标准名称更改为《安化黑茶茯茶》;

b)增加了“散状茯茶”的分级、感官品质及理化指标;

c)增加了“产品分级”、“保质期”内容;

d)实物标准样由“每三年更换一次”更改为“每五年更换一次”;

e)将“技术要求”更改为“要求”;

f)删除了“安化黑茶茯砖茶”定义,增加了“安化黑茶茯茶”定义;

g)增加了“基本要求”章节;

h)理化指标方面,“非茶类夹杂物”指标由0.3%、0.5%修改为“无非茶类夹杂物”的要求,增

加了散状茯茶“粉末”指标;超级压制茯茶水浸出物指标由24%更改为25%,特制压制茯茶水浸出物

指标由23%更改为24%,普通压制茯茶水浸出物指标由22%更改为24%;冠突散囊菌指标由30*104

更改为20*104;

i)删除了卫生指标,均按国家标准执行;

j)试验方法中“理化指标”增加了“试样制备按GB/T8303的规定执行”,其中水分由按GB/T8304

修改为“按GB5009.3的规定执行”,总灰分由按GB/T8306修改为“按GB5009.4的规定执行”;

k)“检验规则”和“标志、标签、包装、运输、贮存和保质期”章节做了细节方面的更改。
