1范围

本标准规定了公安车载应急通信系统(VehicleEmergencyCommunicationSystem,以下简称

VECS)的设计、选型和检验的通用要求。

本标准适用于新建VECS,也适用于现有的VECS的升级和改造

2规范性引用文件
