本文件界定了车用动力电池回收利用过程的术语和定义,规定了回收利用原则、基本要求、回收要

求和综合利用要求。

本文件适用于锂离子动力蓄电池和镍氢动力蓄电池的回收利用,其他类型电池的回收利用参照

执行。
