前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23678—2009《供应链监控用集装箱电子箱封应用技术规范》。与GB/T23678—2009相
比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)删除了“电子箱封状态”“电子防护”“箱体动态”的术语和定义(见2009年版的3.2、3.4、
3.5);
b)更改了术语“读写器”为“读写设备”(见3.2,2009年版的3.3);
c)增加了电子箱封系统记录位置的功能(见4.2.1);
d)删除了电子箱封系统安全和射频方面、辐射和射线对人体影响方面的有关要求(见2009年版的
4.4.1);
e)更改了“作业频率”为“工作频段”及其具体要求(见5.3,2009年版的5.3);
f)更改了读写设备接口的要求(见6.3,2009年版的6.3);
g)更改了读写设备的安装位置要求(见6.4.1,2009年版的6.4.1);
h)增加了“信息处理平台”的安全要求(见7.2);
i)更改了电子箱封存储信息的数据内容和格式要求(见表A.1,2009年版的表A.1)。

系统应用的技术要求。
本文件适用于供应链监控用集装箱电子箱封系统的设计与应用。
