条码检测仪检定规程

范围

本规程适用于定量检测的一维条码检测仪的首次检定和后续检定。

3术语

3.1标准反射板

工作平面的反射率值经过校准,用于复现反射率量值的实物量具。

3.2条/空宽度标准器

制作于平板上的条码符号的条/空宽度值经过校准,用于复现条/空宽度量值的实物

量具。

3.3合格的条码符号样品

印制质量符合有关条码标准或技术规范的条码符号实物。

3.4X尺寸

条码符号中最窄条/空宽度的名义尺寸。

4概述

4.1用途和基本原理

条码检测仪是用于检验条码符号质量的仪器,.主要测量条码符号的条/空反射率和

豁空宽度。条/空反射率测量范围为2%_}-R_<99%;条/空宽度测量范围通常为

0.127mm-D-5.700mmo

按照扫描方式,条码检测仪可分为机械位移扫描式和电子位移扫描式两类,前者包

括光笔型、自动机械型和激光枪型;后者有CCD(电荷祸合器件)型。

条码检测仪通常由光电扫描器、辅助测长装置和计算机等部分组成,见图1。由扫

描器光源发出的光束照射在条码符号上,依次移过各条、空,并被条码符号反射。反射

光经光学系统投射在光电转换器上,被转变成电信号。扫描过程中,反射光强度随着各

条/空反射率的不同而改变,相应电信号的大小也随之变化,电信号的量值与反射率成

正比。仪器根据扫描电信号的量值测出各条/空的反射率。当扫描光点或采样区域的中

心经过条与空的过渡边界时,扫描电信号电平具有一定特征,仪器据此判定条/空的前、

后边界,再根据辅助测长装置的计数值,计算出从前边界到后边界的位移量,从而测出

条/空宽度的量值,见图2。条码检测仪还可以根据有关条码标准的规定对测量值进行分

析、判断,给出对被测条码符号质量的评定结果。
