本文件仅适用于自携式制冷系统,本文件不适用于超市分段组合式冷冻柜、净容积与总展示面积之比小于0.35 m的透明门/盖冰淇淋冷冻柜远置式和采用第二制冷剂的冰淇淋冷冻柜。

前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T21001《制冷陈列柜》的第4部分。GB/T21001已经发布了以下部分:
—第1部分:术语;
—第2部分:分类、要求和试验条件;
—第3部分:试验评定;
—第4部分:冰淇淋冷冻柜分类、要求和试验条件。
本文件等同采用ISO22043:2020《冰淇淋冷冻柜分类、要求和试验条件》。
本文件做了下列最小限度的编辑性改动:
—为与现有标准系列协调,将标准名称改为《制冷陈列柜第4部分:冰淇淋冷冻柜分类、要求
和试验条件》;
—用规范性引用的IEC60335﹘1和IEC60335﹘2﹘89代替了EN60335﹘1和EN60335﹘2﹘89。

引言
食品保鲜、食品卫生、食品安全的要求受到公众更多的关注和重视,食品制冷陈列柜在食品流通环
节上的作用至关重要。GB/T21001旨在统一制冷陈列柜产品在国内的定义及测试方法,拟由四个部分
组成。
—第1部分:术语。目的在于规范销售和陈列食品的制冷陈列柜的术语和定义。
—第2部分:分类、要求和试验要求。目的在于规范制冷陈列柜的结构、特性和性能要求,统一
制冷陈列柜的试验条件、试验方法、分类方法和分级方法等的要求。
—第3部分:试验评定。目的在于补充制冷陈列柜的安全和性能的试验评定方法。
—第4部分:冰淇淋冷冻柜分类、要求和试验条件。目的在于明确且规范冰淇淋冷冻柜的分类、
要求和试验方法。
目前,冰淇淋冷冻柜执行GB/T21001.2—2015,但冰淇淋冷冻柜在分类要求、技术指标、试验要
求等方面都具有特殊性,而GB/T21001.2—2015无法满足冰淇淋冷冻柜的性能需求。此外,国际上针
对冰淇淋冷冻柜的性能测试不执行ISO23953﹘2:2005,而是执行ISO22043:2020。因此,为完善我
国冰淇淋冷冻柜的性能标准,特通过等同转化国际标准ISO22043:2020来制定本文件。
本次制定能够规范冰淇淋冷冻柜的定义,促进冰淇淋冷冻柜产品的研发、生产、销售、使用和
管理。

本文件规定了从顶部开启的透明或实体门/盖卧式封闭式冰淇淋冷冻柜的分类、要求和试验方法。
本文件适用于采用自然对流空气冷却、柜壁蒸发器(无蒸发器风扇)、专门用于预包装冰淇淋的存
储和展示、净容积不大于600L的自携式冰淇淋冷冻柜。
本文件仅适用于自携式制冷系统,本文件不适用于超市分段组合式冷冻柜、净容积与总展示面积之
