适用范围
本文件规定了经挤出成型、实心或中空、平板型的聚碳酸酯(PC)板材(以下简称“板材”)的材料、要求、检验规则以及标志、包装、贮存和运输,描述了相应的试验方法。
本文件适用于有色或无色的,透明、半透明或不透明的,在单面或双面上具有耐候防护层,厚度大于或等于1.5 mm的板材的生产、使用和销售,无耐候防护层的板材也可参考使用。

前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件修改采用ISO11963:2019《塑料聚碳酸酯板材规格、尺寸和性能要求》。

本文件与ISO11963:2019相比,在结构上有较多调整。两个文件之间的结构编号变化对照一览表见

附录A。

本文件与ISO11963:2019的技术差异及其原因如下:

—更改了范围的适用界限(见第1章),以适应国内聚碳酸酯板材行业的实际情况;

—增加了聚碳酸酯板材的定义(见第3章),以明确本文件适用的产品类型;

—删除了板材挤出的材料类型(见第4章),以适应国内聚碳酸酯板材行业的实际情况;

—增加了板材对耐候防护层与耐候性的要求(见5.1、5.6),更改了板材外观的要求(见5.2)、垂直

度的要求(见5.2)、一般性能的要求(见5.5),以适应国内聚碳酸酯板材行业的实际情况;

—用规范性引用的GB/T2918替换了ISO291(见6.1.2)、GB/T39812—2021替换了

ISO2818(见6.1.3)、GB/T1040.2替换了ISO527﹘2(见6.4)、ISO179﹘1:2023替换了

ISO179﹘1:2010、ISO8256:2023替换了ISO8256:2004(见6.5)、ISO306:2022替换了

ISO306:2013(见6.6)、GB/T1634.2—2019替换了ISO75﹘2:2004(见6.7)、

GB/T2410—2008替换了ISO13468﹘1(见6.9)、GB/T16422.1替换了ISO4892﹘1、

GB/T16422.2替换了ISO4892﹘2(见6.10.1)、GB/T3681.1替换了ISO877﹘1、

GB/T3681.2替换了ISO877﹘2(见6.10.2),以适应我国的技术条件,提高可操作性;

—更改了试样状态调节的时间(见6.1.2)、试样制备的要求(见6.1.3),更改了外观和颜色的

试验要求(见6.2)、尺寸的试验要求(见6.3)、拉伸性能的试验要求(见6.4)、透光率的试

验要求(见6.9)和人工气候老化的试验要求(6.10.1),增加了防火性能的试验要求(见

6.11),以适应国内聚碳酸酯板材行业的实际情况;

—更改了检验规则的要求(见第7章),以符合我国标准编写习惯;

—增加了“标志、包装、运输、贮存”的内容(见第8章),以符合我国标准编写习惯;

—将其他性能要求更改为资料性附录B,因其内容本身未包含指定检验项目和性能要求,仅为供

需双方提供一定参考;

—删除了ISO11963:2019中6.4.1的拉伸性能试样要求,以提高可操作性;

—删除了ISO11963:2019中第8章,以符合我国相关法律法规。

本文件做了下列编辑性改动:

—为与现有标准协调,将标准名称更改为《塑料制品聚碳酸酯板材》;

—4.2中增加了注;

—6.5中增加了注。
