本文件规定了纯电动液压挖掘机能量消耗量的试验条件,描述了能量消耗量的试验方法,以及纯

电动液压挖掘机的续航能力评估、作业效率评估和能量效率评价的方法。

GB/T6572和GB/T44254界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

续航能力allelectricworkingtime

纯电动液压挖掘机在动力电池完全充电状态下,以规定的条件和方法进行试验,计算得到的最长

工作时间。

注:单位为小时(h)。

4试验条件

4.1试验环境

试验环境应满足下列条件:

——环境温度:5℃~35℃;

——相对湿度:小于95%;

——风速:不大于5m/s。

4.2试验场地

试验通行区域应为平整地面,作业区域满足6.1规定的试验项目需求。挖掘装载作业试验用土壤

密度1500kg/m~1800kg/m。
