定起草。

本文件是GB/T22504《粮油检验粮食感官检验辅助图谱》的第4部分。GB/T22504已经发布

了以下部分:

—第2部分:玉米;

—第3部分:稻谷;

—第4部分:油料。

引言

在实际粮食感官检验时,可能存在标准使用者对粮食感官检验标准中的一些文字表述理解不透彻而

造成检验结果出现偏差的问题。为解决此问题,特制定GB/T22504《粮油检验粮食感官检验辅助图

谱》,目的在于辅助粮食的感官检验。根据粮食的四个大类,GB/T22504拟由四个部分构成。

—第1部分:小麦。

—第2部分:玉米。

—第3部分:稻谷。

—第4部分:油料。

由于油料涉及的种类较多,本文件目前只选取了油料中最为常见的大豆、花生、油菜籽3种。后续

随着新的油料品种的制定需求,会在标准修订时不断完善。

本文件适用于辅助开展大豆、花生、油菜籽的感官检验。

4大豆感官检验图示

4.1分类

4.1.1根据GB1352的规定,大豆按皮色分为黄大豆、青大豆、黑大豆、其他大豆、混合大豆。青

大豆按子叶的颜色分为青皮青仁大豆、青皮黄仁大豆。黑大豆按子叶的颜色分为黑皮青仁大豆、黑

皮黄仁大豆。
