前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO14903:2017《制冷系统及热泵部件和接头的密封性评定》。
本文件与ISO14903:2017相比做了下述结构调整:
——ISO14903:2017的7.6.4.2.1~7.6.4.2.9、7.6.5.3.1~7.6.5.3.7、7.6.5.4.6.1~7.6.5.4.6.5用列项
形式表述(见7.6)。
本文件与ISO14903:2017的技术差异及其原因如下:
——用规范性引用的GB/T9237替换了ISO5149⁃1、ISO5149⁃2(见第3章、7.9),以适应我国的
技术条件;
——删除了标准中未使用到的符号N(见第4章);
——用规范性引用的GB/T44557替换了ISO13971、GB4706.17替换了IEC60335⁃2⁃34(见第5
章),以适应我国的技术条件、提高可操作性;
——增加了规范性引用的GB/T40335—2021,删除了EN13185(见7.4.2),以适应我国的技术条
件、提高可操作性;

——tmax参数的描述更改为“制造商规定的最高温度,如未规定则按”(见表、表),以提
高试验的可操作性,消除歧义;

64(见7.6.5.4.5),以适应我国的技术条件、提高可操作性;
——用规范性引用的GB/T1690替换了ISO1817、GB/T11547替换了ISO175(见7.11.3),以

本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
——改正ISO14903:2017的编辑性错误,将图2中“表2和表3”更改为“表1和表2”,“表4和
表5”更改为“表3和表4”;
——改正ISO14903:2017的编辑性错误,将7.6.5.4.5部件试验1中的“表12”更改为“表11”(见
7.6.5.4.5);
——删除了ISO14903:2017中表A.1中的注。

本文件提供了GB/T9237相关部分所述的用于制冷系统及热泵的封闭式和密封式部件、接头和
零件的密封性的型式认可评定程序。相关的封闭式和密封式部件、接头和零件主要是指配件、爆破片、
法兰式或装配式的组件。非金属材料制成的柔性管的密封性依据GB/T44557。本文件涵盖了金属柔
性管。
本文件所包含的要求适用于公称尺寸不超过DN50的接头和内部体积不超过5L且质量不超过
