本标准等同采用ISO4525:2003(E)((塑料上镍+铬电镀层》(英文版)。

本标准根据ISO4525;2003(E)翻译起草,本标准对应ISO4525作了如下修改:

—按国内现有的覆盖层系列标准习惯,标准名称前加上“金属覆盖层,’:

—取消了国际标准的前言,增加了我国标准前言;

—为便于使用,引用了采用国际标准的我国标准;

—用“本标准”代替“本国际标准”

本标准代替GB/T12600-1990((金属覆盖层塑料上铜+镍+铬电镀层》和GB/T12610-1990

《塑料上电镀层热循环试验》。

本标准与GB/T12600-1990和GB/T12610-1990相比,主要变化如下:

—补充了引言;

—修改了适用范围;

—修改了使用条件号的说明;

—增加了延展性镍的有关要求;

—采用ISO4525合并上述两标准,重新修订了各章节。

本标准附录A、附录C、附录D、附录E、附录F、附录G为规范性附录,附录B为资料性附录。

本标准由中国机械工业联合会提出。

本标准由全国金属与非金属覆盖层标准化技术委员会归口。

本标准起草单位:武汉材料保护研究所、广州电器科学研究所、浙江新丰企业有限公司。

金属覆盖层塑料上镍十铬电镀层

范围

本标准规定了塑料上有或无铜底镀层的镍+铬装饰性电镀层要求。本标准允许使用铜或者延展性

镍作为底镀层以满足热循环试验要求。

本标准不适用于工程塑料上的电镀层。

术语和定义

GB/T3138,GB/T12334和ISO16348中所确立的术语和定义适用于本标准。

4向电镀方提供的资料

4.1必要资料

按本标准订购电镀产品时,需方应在合同或订购合约中书面提出下列资料或工程图:

a)标识(见第6章);

b)外观要求,如:光亮、无光或缎面;或者,需方提供或认可一件表明精饰要求的样品,按照7.2要

求供对比使用;

c)在草图上标出主要表面,或者提供合适标记的样品;

d)主要表面上对局部厚度有要求的部分(见7.4);

e)主要表面上不可避免的夹具或挂具痕迹的位置(见7.2);

f)为满足热循环试验要求,对铜或镍底镀层做出的选择(见7.3,7.6和7.8);

8)腐蚀试验是连续还是循环进行(见7.7);

h)腐蚀和热循环试验(见7.6和7.7)是在单个样品上独立地进行还是用同一样品连续地进行

(见7.8),试验中,应模拟安装模式给样品镶边或不镶边(附录A);

i)STEP试验的所有要求(见7.9);
