前言

为统一厦门市智慧多功能杆的建设技术标准,规范智慧多功能杆的建设实施,根据《厦门市市场监

督管理局关于下达2021年厦门市地方标准制修订项目计划的通知》(厦市监标准【2021】3号)的要求,

由厦门市市政园林局归口管理、厦门市市政工程中心牵头,厦门市市政工程设计院有限公司、厦门市政

管廊投资管理有限公司等组成编制组负责本文件的编制。编制过程中,以前期调研为基础,借鉴国内先

进地区如上海、成都、深圳、天津、青岛等城市智慧多功能杆的建设方案及有关做法和经验,结合厦门

市轨道二、三号线多功能杆的建设情况,在认真总结实践经验基础上,综合考虑当前实际和今后发展需

要,参考有关国家和行业标准,经广泛征求意见,制定本文件。

本文件由8章和10个附录组成,主要内容包括:1总则;2术语;3基本规定;4设计;5施工与监理;

6验收;7养护;8管理平台;附录A~附录J。

本文件以《福建省智慧多功能杆建设技术标准》为基础,细化智慧多功能杆建设过程各环节要求,

明确相应技术指标,针对智慧多功能杆杆体、基础、综合变配电箱、综合机箱等主要部件在设计、施工、

验收各个环节提出技术要求。

本文件由厦门市市政园林局负责管理和解释,由厦门市市政工程设计院有限公司负责日常管理。执
