数据质量dataquality
在指定条件下使用时,数据的特性满足明确的和隐含的要求的程度。

数据生存周期datalifecycle
将原始数据转化为可用于行动的知识的过程。

质量评价过程qualityevaluationprocedure
用于应用和报告质量评价方法及结果的操作。
4评价框架
物联网应用场景下,数据质量评价是在评价保障基础上通过数据范围界定,对数据选取的准确性、
一致性、完整性、规范性、时效性和可访问性等指标进行数据质量检查,并对权重进行分析,计算评价
结果的过程。数据质量评价实施过程主要包括数据范围界定、数据质量检查、权重分析、评价结果计算
和评价保障等5个环节,如图1所示。
