本文件确立了协助个人基于操作能力鉴定方案参加考试的准则。第二方(基于雇主的)鉴定和认可(如参考ANSI/ASNT CP-189[3]),或第三方认证(如参考ISO 9712[1] 或EN 473[2])以及随后的在职培训,并不为安全关键性检测提供所需的信任度。

本文件等同采用ISO/TS11774:2011《无损检测操作能力鉴定》,文件类型由ISO的技术规范调
整为我国的国家标准化指导性技术文件。

本文件由全国无损检测标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC56)提出并归口。

艺规程和设备进行鉴定的方法。
本文件实施需要各工业部门委员会(ISC)和资格鉴定机构之间协作,以确保满足特定的预期实施
效果。
本文件中描述的鉴定方法用于评价报考人在检测和评定关键不连续方面表现的能力,该能力与

报考人candidate
满足鉴定文件的全部先决条件并按照鉴定程序获得资格的个人。
注:鉴定文件是对鉴定体系的描述,涵盖各方在确定资格时达成各方同意的所有适用条件。

认证机构certificationbody
根据本文件管理认证程序并符合ISO/IEC17024要求的机构。
3.3
雇主employer
报考人或通过鉴定的个人所在的定期工作的法人实体。
3.4
基本参数essentialparameter
无损检测方法、技术、部件,以及待检测或表征的缺陷的参数。
