前言
本规程根据辽宁省市场监督管理局《关于下达2018年第一批辽宁省地方标
准制修订项目计划的通知》(辽质监函﹝2018﹞61号)要求,由大连理工大学
会同有关单位开展了《顶管工程技术规程》的编制工作。在对辽宁省顶管工程实
践经验及相关科研成果认真总结的基础上,规程编制组充分调研,借鉴国内外相
关技术标准的先进编制经验,广泛征求有关单位的意见,经过反复讨论、修改,
制定本规程。
本规程共分10章。主要技术内容是:总则、术语、基本规定、顶管工程勘
察、管材与接头、顶管设计、顶管施工、施工监测、安全和环境保护、验收标准
等。
本规程由辽宁省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,由大连理工大学大学负责具体
技术内容的解释。本标准发布实施后,任何单位和个人如有问题和意见建议,均
可以通过来电和来函等方式进行反馈,我们将及时答复并认真处理,根据实际情
