本部分等同采用IEC60364-6-61:2001第2版建《筑物电气装置第6-61部分:检验—初检》。

IEC60364-6-61:2001是在IEC60364-6-61:1986第1版及1993年、1997年两次修改的基础上重

新组合而成。为了反映其变化,用括号将组合前的610章中的条号保留了下来,例如((610.3),(610.4),

本部分在等同采用第2版时保留了这一编号形式。

在采用IEC60364-6-61:2001时,删去了资料性附录GUEC60364第1至6部分的调整》;增补了

在正文中提及的参考文献。

本部分的附录A、附录B、附录C、附录D为规范性附录,附录E、附录F为资料性附录。

本部分由全国建筑物电气装置标准化技术委员会提出并归口。

第6-61部分:检验初检

610引言

610.1范围

国家标准建《筑物电气装置》的本部分给出了通过检查和试验,检验电气装置是否符合建《筑物电气

装置》的其他部分的相关要求,并给出了试验标准和试验的描述。

本部分仅涉及新的装置,不涉及原有装置的检查和试验。然而,如果合适的话,所述的检查和试验

可用于原有装置。

610.2总则

每个装置在安装期间和/或完工后用户使用前,应作视检及试验,以尽可能检验是否符合本部分的

要求。

应将IEC60364-5-51的514.5所要求的资料提供给进行检验工作的人员。

在检查和试验期间应采取预防措施,以避免对人身的危害和对财产及所安装设备的损坏。

当装置是原有装置的扩建或改建时,应检验此扩建或改建是否符合本部分,而且不降低原有装置的

安全程度。

检验应由合格的熟练人员来进行,检验结束后应提交一份检验报告。

注:有关定期检查的资料由附录F给出

610.3规范性引用文件

下列文件中的条款通过《建筑物电气装置》的本部分的引用而成为本部分的条款。凡是注日期的引

用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修改版均不适用于本部分,然而鼓励根据本部分达

成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本

部分。

611视检

611.1视检应在试验前,通常在整个装置不带电的情况下进行。

611.2进行视检应确认固足布线的电气设备:

—符合有关设备标准的安全要求;

注:此点可通过检查设备的标志或合格证来确定

—按本部分进行了正确的选择和安装;

—无可见的足以危害安全的破损。

611.3视检应根据相应情况至少检查下列诸项:

—电击防护措施,包括距离测量,这涉及例如用遮栏或外护物的保护,用阻挡物的保护或置于伸

臂范围以外的保护(见GB16895.21的410.3,412.2,412.3,412.4和413.3);

注:413.3的“用非导电场所的保护”规定的要求仅在装置中只有固定布线时才可检验.

—具有防火间隔和其他防止火灾蔓延的预防措施以及对热效应的防护(见IEC60364-4-
