校园食材配送服务规范

1范围

本文件规定了校园食材配送的基本要求、场所与设施设备、卫生管理、采购验收、检测与贮存、运

输配送、信息与记录、追溯与召回、服务评价与改进的要求。

本文件适用于校园食材供应机构(包括统一配送中心和校园食材供应商)、各级各类学校(含托幼

机构)和学校集中供餐单位食材配送的管理。
