本文件适用于壳程设计压力不大于1.26 MPa,管程设计压力不大于16.2 MPa,设计温度不高于200 ℃的采用尿素级耐腐蚀超低碳铬镍钼(Cr-Ni-Mo)奥氏体不锈钢(以下简称“尿素级不锈钢”)衬里、堆焊结构的尿素高压冷凝器(以下简称“冷凝器”)。

前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T10476—2004《尿素高压冷凝器技术条件》,与GB/T10476—2004相比,除结构
调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了范围(见第1章,2004年版的第1章);
b)删除了术语及其定义(见2004年版的3.1~3.5);
c)增加了符号(见第4章);
d)增加了冷凝器的基本结构(见5.2);
e)增加了主要零部件技术要求(见5.3);更改了换热管尺寸极限偏差的要求[见5.3.1.2,2004年
版的4.2.2.7a)];更改了换热管超声检测的要求[见5.3.1.3、表8,2004年版的4.2.2.7b)];更
改了换热管耐压试验的要求[见5.3.1.4,2004年版的4.2.2.7c)];
f)更改了尿素级不锈钢板材表面质量、尺寸及尺寸极限偏差的要求(见5.3.2.1,2004年版的
4.2.2.8.1);更改了管材、棒材进行超声检测的要求(见5.3.2.2,2004年版的4.2.2.8.2);
g)更改了封头制造的要求(见5.3.3,2004年版的4.3.2);

v)更改了尿素级022Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢的化学成分中Cr、Mo、S、N的要求,更改了尿素级
022Cr25Ni22Mo2N不锈钢的化学成分中Mn、S的要求,增加了化学成分B元素含量的要求

1范围
本文件规定了尿素装置中尿素高压冷凝器的设计、材料、制造、检验和试验、出厂检验、随行文件、
标志、运输、包装和贮存。
本文件适用于壳程设计压力不大于1.26MPa,管程设计压力不大于16.2MPa,设计温度不高于
200℃的采用尿素级耐腐蚀超低碳铬镍钼(Cr⁃Ni⁃Mo)奥氏体不锈钢(以下简称“尿素级不锈钢”)衬里、
堆焊结构的尿素高压冷凝器(以下简称“冷凝器”)。
