前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T3830—2008《软聚氯乙烯压延薄膜和片材》,与GB/T3830—2008相比,除结
构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了范围(见第1章,2008年版的第1章);
b)增加了术语与定义(见第3章);
c)更改了产品分类(见第4章,2008年版的第3章);
d)更改了外观的要求(见5.1,2008年版的4.2);
e)更改了尺寸的要求(见5.2,2008年版的4.1);
f)更改了产品物理化学性能和指标值的要求(见5.3,2008年版的4.3);
g)删除了其他(见2008年版的4.4);
h)更改了试样取样方式(见6.1,2008年版的5.1);
i)增加了黑点和杂质的测量量具要求(见6.3);
j)删除了厚度结果表示方式(见2008年版的5.2);

1范围
本文件规定了软聚氯乙烯压延薄膜和片材(以下简称“产品”)的分类、外观、尺寸和物理化学性
能的要求,描述了产品的试验方法,规定了产品检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存要求。
本文件适用于由悬浮法聚氯乙烯树脂加入增塑剂、稳定剂及其他助剂,以压延成型方法生产的光面
或浅花纹软聚氯乙烯压延薄膜和片材的生产、检验和销售。
