本文件描述了用称量法制备混合气体的方法和流程,规定了对制备前的准备、混合气体的充装、组

分制备含量的计算、制备的验证以及合格证的要求,给出了制备实例。

本文件适用于瓶装及气瓶集束装置包装的混合气体的制备。

3术语和定义

GB/T14850界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

批batch

制备混合气体时,一次充装过程制备的所有气体。

3.2

充装系统fillingsystem

由气体控制阀门、输送管线、密封件、压力测量设备、称量设备和真空泵构成的气体充装设备的

总称。

3.3

制备相对偏差relativedeviationofpreparation

混合气体中目标组分的测定含量与其目标含量的差值占该目标含量的百分比。

注:9.3中给出了制备相对偏差的计算公式。

3.4

制备相对允差relativetoleranceofpreparation

由供需双方商定的、混合气体中目标组分含量的最大制备相对偏差。

3.5

称量瓶cylinderforweighing

制备混合气体时,放置于称量设备上进行称量以获得该次制备的每个气瓶或气瓶集束装置中混合气

体的各组分含量的气瓶或气瓶集束装置。
