前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件修改采用ISO15614﹘10:2005《金属材料焊接程序规范和鉴定焊接程序试验第10部
分:高压干焊》。
本文件与ISO15614﹘10:2005相比作了下述结构调整:
—第8章中8.5.2和8.5.3对应ISO15614﹘10:2005第8章中的8.5.1和8.5.2,增加了8.5.1和8.5.4。
本文件与ISO15614﹘10:2005的技术差异及其原因如下:
—在适用范围中加入了修复焊接,以便于标准的实施;
—删除了ISO原文中未引用的术语(见第3章),以便于标准实施;
—用规范性引用的GB/T19866
替代了ISO15607:2003、GB/T44527替代了ISO15618﹘2:2001(见
第3章、第7章);用规范性引用的GB/T19867.1替代了ISO15609﹘1:2004(见第4章、第9章);
用规范性引用的GB/T16672
替代了ISO6947:1990(见6.3);增加规范性引用的GB/T40424
,
删除了EN228﹘9(见第7章、第8章);用规范性引用的GB/T5185
替代了ISO4063:1998(见
8.5.1);用规范性引用的GB/T39255替代了ISO14175:2008(见8.5.3),以适用我国技术要求;
—删除了板试件的形状和尺寸要求的规范性引用ISO15618﹘2:2001,用示意图替代,便于标准
实际应用(见6.2);
—删除了关于试件的焊接中常识性内容的注(见6.3);
—增加了对于焊接方法代号要求,便于标准实际应用(见8.5.1);
—在方法代号中加入了激光焊(见8.5.1),以适用于激光焊接方法;
—在特定焊接方法中加入了关于激光焊的要求(见8.5.1和8.5.4),以适用于激光焊接方法;
—更改了表2中对于深度降低重新评定的要求,便于标准的实际应用(见8.6)。
本文件做了下列编辑性修改:
—将标准名称修改为《水下高压干式焊接工艺评定试验》;
—增加了资料性附录A。

1范围
本文件规定了水下高压干式焊接工艺评定试验方法和试验要求,包括预焊接工艺规程(pWPS)、
试件、试验和检验、认可范围和焊接工艺评定报告(WPQR)等。
本文件适用于水下高压干式焊接及修复焊接的工艺评定试验。
