本标准同时代替GB/T4478-1995《振动压路机性能试验方法》,GB/T8422-1987((振动压路机可
靠性试验方法》,GB/T8511.1-1995《自行式振动压路机》,GB/T8511.2-1995《拖式振动压路机》和
GB/T8511.3《手扶式振动压路机》。
本标准与GB/T4478-1995等5个标准相比主要变化如下:
a)取消了可靠性试验后的解体检查;
b)取消了已有标准可循的一些具体内容,改为引用现行标准;
c)取消了重心位置、方向盘转数和燃油消耗率的测定;
d)扩展了自行式振动压路机系列的范围;
e)对可靠性试验方法中的故障分类进行了修改。
本标准的附录C为规范性附录,附录A和附录B为资料性附录。
本标准由中国机械工业联合会提出。
本标准由北京建筑机械化研究院归口。

范围
本标准规定了振动压路机的术语和定义、分类、技术要求、试睑方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、
贮存。
本标准适用于自行式、拖式和手扶式振动压路机(以下简称压路机)。
本标准不适用于组合式振动压路机。

5技术要求
5.1基本要求
5.1.1压路机的结构布置应使维护、保养及调整方便。
5.1.2压路机应具有以下装置:
a)前、后照明装置(拖式、手扶式压路机可不具备);
b)前、后转向指示装置(拖式、手扶式压路机可不具备);
c)前、后牵引装置;
d)工具箱;
e)驾驶篷或驾驶室(拖式、手扶式压路机可不具备);

f)起吊装置;
9)洒水装置(不用于沥青路面压实的压路机可不具备)。
5.1.3压路机的液压系统应符合GB/T3766的规定。
5.1.4指示标牌内容应便于观察;指示标牌内容应准确、清晰
5.1.5所有需要润滑的零部件均应装有作用可靠、易于维护的润滑装置。
5.1.6压路机的发动机应具有良好的起动性能。
5.1.7当发动机熄火后压路机被牵引时,转向机构应能转向。
5.1.8压路机表面质量应符合下列要求:
a)机身罩壳应平整,不应有锤痕、皱折及飞边毛刺;罩壳安装应牢固、可靠,位置准确;
b)焊缝均匀,无裂纹、焊瘤、弧坑及飞溅等缺陷;
c)外露铸件表面应平整,分型痕迹及浇冒口应铲磨平整,无飞刺、疤痕、气孔等缺陷;
d)表面油漆层应均匀、细致、光亮,不应有流痕或因油漆太薄而露底的现象。主体漆色应鲜艳明
亮。配色线条清浙,两色交界处应界限分明,不应有相互交错现象。油漆应粘附牢固,并具有
一定的硬度和弹性。
5.2性能要求
5.2,压路机的工作质量不应少于表2、表3和表4中规定值的97%.
5.2.2压路机振动时,减振性能良好不应有异常响声,振动轴承不应有过热现象;振动频率和名义振幅
应符合表2、表3和表4的要求,其允许偏差不应超出士to%,
5.2.3压路机的各操纵机构应轻便、灵活、定位可靠,其操作力应符合表5的规定。

5.2.4自行式压路机的驾驶室、司机座椅位置应保证操作者有良好的视野。
5.2.5压路机以各挡速度行驶时,各部件应运转正常,不应有异响。自行式、手扶式压路机的各挡速度
应达到设计要求,其偏差不应超出士5%0
5.2.6压路机液压系统中的液压油应符合下列规定:
a)加入的液压油的固体污染清洁度等级不应超过JG/,T5035中规定的18/15;
b)压路机性能试验或抽检时,待压路机液压系统工作1.5h(其中起振工作时间不少于0.5h)
后,检查液压油,油温不应超过800C;其液压油的固体污染清洁度等级不应超过JG/T5035中
规定的20/16;有柱塞泵的液压系统不应超过JG/T5035中规定的19/16.
5.2.7自行式和手扶式压路机分别以各挡速度共行驶1.5h(各前进挡不少于15min、各后退挡不少
于3min)、拖式压路机连续工作1.5h后,其传动机构内的润滑油的固体污染清洁度不应大于
JG/T5035中C分级制的108级(每100mL润滑油中的固体污染物少于4mg),油温不应超过800C.
5.2.8自行式、手扶式压路机的爬坡性能应符合下列要求之一:
a)以低速前进、后退时,能够爬越坡度为20%的坡道;
b)用压路机最大牵引力来代替爬坡试验时,则压路机最大牵引力不应低于表6的规定。

5.2.10拖式压路机当油箱和水箱分别注三分之二的燃油和水时,在牵引连接装置处抬起车架的力不

5.2.11工作质量为8t(包括8t)以上压路机燃油箱的容量应能满足8h以上的正常工作。
5.2.12压路机的机械传动系统应符合下列要求:
a)离合器结合应平稳可靠、分离彻底,正常工作时不应有过
