GB/T7714文《后参考文献著录规则》是一项专门供著者和编辑编撰文后参考文献使用的国家标

准,非等效采用ISO690《文献工作文后参考文献内容、形式与结构》和ISO690-2《信息与文献

参考文献第2部分:电子文献部分》两项国际标准。本标准在著录项目的设置、著录格式的确定、参考

文献的著录以及参考文献表的组织等方面尽可能与国际标准保持一致,以达到共享文献信息资源的

目的。

本标准同GB/T7714-1987相比,主要做了以下修改:

—依据ISO690-2国际标准增加电子文献的著录规则。为了满足知识经济时代电子文献的著录

需求,不仅参照ISO690-2,在",4著录项目与著录格式”部分为电子文献的著录增加了4“.6

电子文献”,而且为电子图书和电子期刊分别在“4.1专著”、"4.2专著中的析出文献”、"4.3

连续出版物”、"4.4连续出版物中的析出文献”、"4.5专利文献”中增设了“引用日期”和

“获取和访问路径”个著录单元。

—为了便于人们理解本标准,在“3术语和定义”部分增加了“主要责任者、专著、连续出版物、析

出文献、电子文献、顺序编码制、著者一出版年制、合订题名、并列题名”等9个名词解释。

—为了便于读者利用文后参考文献查找原文献,在GB/T7714-1987著录项目的基础上增设了

“文献类型标志”。

—根据文后参考文献的著录实际需求简化了文献著录规则,删除了GB/T7714-1987《文后参

考文献著录规则》"3.1专著”与“3.2连续出版物”中的“文献数量、丛编项、附注项、文献标

准编号”个供选择的著录项目。

—在“10参考文献标注法”中解决了多次引用同一著者的同一文献的著录问题,规定了标注

方法。

明确规定本标准的著录用符号为前置符,规范了标志符号的使用方法。

本标准的附录A,附录B均为资料性附录。

本标准由全国信息与文献标准化技术委员会第六分委员会提出。

本标准由全国信息与文献标准化技术委员会归口。

本标准主要起草单位:北京大学信息管理系、中国科学院文献情报中心。

文后参考文献著录规则

范围

本标准规定了各个学科、各种类型出版物的文后参考文献的著录项目、著录顺序、著录用的符号、各

个著录项目的著录方法以及参考文献在正文中的标注法。

本标准适用于著者和编辑著录的文后参考文献,而不能作为图书馆员、文献目录编制者以及索引编

辑者使用的文献著录规则。

2规范性引用文件

下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有

的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究

是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准

术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本标准。

3.1

文后参考文献bibliographicreferences

为撰写或编辑论文和著作而引用的有关文献信息资源。

3.2

主要贵任者primaryresponsibility

对文献的知识内容或艺术内容负主要责任的个人或团体。主要责任者包括著者、编者、学位论文撰

写者、专利申请者或所有者、报告撰写者、标准提出者、析出文献的作者等。

3.3

专著monographs

以单行本形式或多卷册形式,在限定的期限内出版的非连续性出版物。它包括以各种载体形式出

版的普通图书、古籍、学位论文、技术报告、会议文集、汇编、多卷书、丛书等。

3.4

连续出版物serials

一种载有卷期号或年月顺序号、计划无限期地连续出版发行的出版物。它包括以各种载体形式出

版的期刊、报纸等。

3.5

析出文献contribution

从整本文献中析出的具有独立篇名的文献。

3.6

电子文献electronicdocuments

以数字方式将图、文、声、像等信息存储在磁、光、电介质上,通过计算机、网络或相关设备使用的记

录有知识内容或艺术内容的文献信息资源,包括电子书刊、数据库、电子公告等。

3.7

顺序编码制numericreferencesmethod

一种文后参考文献的标注体系,即引文采用序号标注,参考文献表按引文的序号排序。

3.8

著者一出版年制firstelementanddatemethod

一种文后参考文献的标注体系,即引文采用著者一出版年标注,参考文献表按著者字顺和出版年

排序。

3.9

合订题名titleoftheindividualworks

由两种或两种以上的著作汇编而成的无总题名的文献中各部著作的题名。

3.10

并列题名paralleltitle

在文献著录信息源中出现的对应于正题名的另一种语言文字的题名。它包括对应于正题名的外文

题名、少数民族文字题名等,但不包括汉语拼音题名。

4著录项目与著录格式

本标准规定文后参考文献设必备项目与选择项目。凡是标注“任选”字样的著录项目系参考文献的

选择项目,其余均为必备项目。本标准分别规定了专著、专著中的析出文献、连续出版物、连续出版物中

的析出文献、专利文献以及电子文献的著录项目和著录格式
