飞行试验要求

1范围

本文件规定了民用大中型固定翼无人机系统(以下简称“无人机系统”)自主能力飞行试验的一般

要求、飞行能力、运行风险因素识别与响应能力、人工干预能力和试飞报告的要求。

本文件适用于民用大中型固定翼无人机系统自主能力飞行试验,其他类型无人机系统自主能力飞行

试验参照执行。

件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用

3术语和定义

GB/T35018、GB/T38152界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

自主能力autonomouscapability

无人机系统以自主模式或自动模式在设计运行范围内实施飞行、识别和响应运行风险因素的能力。

注1:自主模式指无人机系统操控员不介入飞行,决策以无人机系统判断为准。

注2:自动模式按照预先设定的程序执行,重要决策以人判断为准,需无人机系统操控员发送指令。

3.2

无人机系统操控员unmannedaircraftsystempilot

参与无人机系统飞行过程的操控人员。

3.3

运行风险因素识别与响应operationalriskidentificationandresponse

对可能降低运行安全水平的可变因素进行识别,并作出适当的响应。

4一般要求

4.1试飞条件

试飞的场地条件(海拔高度、跑道等)和环境条件(如大气温度、大气压力、大气湿度、风速、风

向、能见度、电磁环境等)应符合无人机系统技术要求。

运行风险识别与响应能力试飞科目应先执行地面试验,在评估地面试验结果的有效性后,再开展相

应的飞行试验。
