1范围

本文件规定了工业车辆在使用过程中进行的检查与维护方面的基本要求,描述了对应的试验方法。

本文件适用于GB/T6104.1所定义的平衡重式叉车、前移式叉车、侧面式叉车、插腿式叉车、托盘

堆垛车和三向堆垛式叉车。其他类型的工业车辆参照使用。

2规范性引用文件

下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文

件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用

于本文件。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

检查inspection

为确定工业车辆状态是否正常而进行的活动。

注:检查分为日常检查和定期检查。

3.2

日常检查dailyinspection

每个工作班次开始作业前进行的检查。

3.3

定期检查periodicinspection

对使用中的工业车辆,按照规定的周期进行的检查。

3.4

维护maintenance

为使工业车辆保持或恢复到执行其规定功能和安全状态所进行的活动。

注:维护分为计划性维护和非计划性维护。维护工作包括保养和维修。

3.5

保养preventingmaintenance

为保证工业车辆正常及安全运行,按计划或根据工业车辆作业工况及使用需求所进行的必要的

作业。

注:保养包括清洁、润滑、紧固、调整、更换等。

3.6

维修repair

针对工业车辆的损坏及故障等,通过修复或更换受损的零部件,使工业车辆功能得到恢复的活动。
