前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替DB43/T656—2011《安化黑茶冲泡及饮用方法》。与DB43/T656—2011相比,除编辑

性修改外主要技术变化如下:

a)更改了范围,将“规定了安化黑茶冲泡、饮用的器具、程序和方法”更改为“规定了安化

黑茶安化黑茶冲泡的茶室环境、选茶、择水、备器、流程与要求、饮用方法”;

b)增加了“安化黑茶散茶”和“安化黑茶紧压茶”定义;

c)将“3泡茶与饮茶器具,4品茶环境,5茶、水、器的选择”条款调整为“4室内环境,5选

茶,6择水,7备器”;

d)“选茶”中增加“产品质量符合DB43/T657的要求”;

e)“备器”中增加“泡(煮)茶器具、饮茶器皿、泡(煮)茶辅助器具、茶具质地选择”内容;

f)“饮茶”调整为“饮用方法”。
