前言
本标准是采用国际法制计量组织OIMLR76-1:1992《非自动衡器》国际建议对GB/T7722-1995
《电子计价秤》进行修订的。
本标准与GB/T7722-1995相比较,主要变动的内容有:
—标准内容采用国际法制计量组织OIMLR76-1:1992《非自动衡器》国际建议;
—标准名称更改为《电子台案秤》,以便适应除了电子计价秤以外的其他电子台案秤的要求,与产
品分类相对应,并扩大了本标准适用的范围;
一一对于秤的包装运输试验、安全性能要求参照有关最新的国家标准作了相应调整;
—增加了秤的防护要求的内容;
—对于秤的干扰性能等同采用IEC61000-4-2:1995,IEC61000-4-3:1995,IEC61000-4-4:1995,
IEC61000-4-11:1994中试验方法的内容;
—对于试验方法叙述得更具体,并增加了通俗易懂的说明。
本标准自2005年12月1日起实施,自2005年12月1日起所生产的电子台案秤均应符合本标准
规定。
本标准自实施之日起,同时代替GB/T7722-1995,
本标准由中国轻工业联合会提出。
本标准由全国衡器标准化技术委员会归口。
本标准起草单位:上海大和衡器有限公司、蓝星沈阳轻工机械设计研究所。
本标准主要起草人:陈日兴、邢超春。
本标准于1987年3月首次发布,1995年5月第一次修订,本次为第二次修订。

电子台案秤
1范围
本标准规定了电子台秤和电子案秤的产品分类、计量要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、
包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于称重传感器为一次转换元件并带有载荷承载器、电子装置、数字显示的自行指示式电
子台案秤。如电子计价秤、电子台秤、条码打印计价秤、电子计重秤、电子计数秤等非自动秤产品。其他
类型的电子台秤和电子案秤产品可参照执行。

下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有
的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究

在称量过程中需要人员操作(例如向承载器加放或卸去载荷或取得称量结果)的秤。
本标准涉及的电子台案秤属于非自动秤。

自行指示秤self-indicatinginstrument
无人操作即可取得平衡位置和称量结果的秤。
本标准涉及的电子台案秤属于数字式自行指示秤。

多称量范围秤(具有两个或更多个称量范围),在这种秤的同一个承载器上,其最大秤量和分度值
均不相同,对于每一个称量范围,均可以从零加载到它的最大秤量。
在多称量范围秤中,检定分度值为。;,ea,e,,且。:<e,<<e,。应标示出相应的Min,
n,Max,
在多称量范围秤中,每一个范围基本上是按一台单称量范围秤来处理的。
对于机身上明确标注了特殊用途的秤,可兼有(D级和(画)级的称量范围。就整机而言,应
在由影响量和时间引起的变化测试中执行两个等级要求中较为严格的一个。
5.2多分度值秤的附加要求
只有一个称量范围,而此称量范围又被分成分度值不同的几个局部称量范围的一种衡器,称为多分
度值秤。
5.2.1局部称f范围
对于每个局部称量范围的检定分度值。,,最大秤量Max,最小秤量Min,检定分度数n,规定如下:

5.2.2准确度等级
对于多分度值秤的准确度等级,其每个局部称量范围的e;,n;,Min均应符合表1的要求。

5.3.2使用中检验的最大允许误差
是首次检定最大允许误差的两倍。
5.3.3误差计算的基本原则
5.3.3.1影响因子
各种误差应在标准测试条件下测定,当测定一个因子的影响效果时,其他所有的影响因子应保持稳
定在接近正常值。
5.3.3.2化整误差的消除
如果实际分度值大于0.2e,应消除任何包含于数字示值中的化整误差。
5.3.3.3净重值的最大允许误差
最大允许误差均适用于除皮后的净重值,预置皮重值除外。
5.3.3.4除皮称f的最大允许误差
除皮后称量的最大允许误差与秤在相同载荷下的最大允许误差相同。

5.3.3.5干扰误差
秤受干扰时的示值误差与基本误差之差。
5.3.3.6显著增差
大于。的干扰误差(对于多分度秤和多称量范围秤,应与局部称量范围或各个称量范围相对应)。
下述情况虽然示值误差超过了。,但不是显著增差:
a)当相互独立的各种因素同时发生而引起秤的示值误差超过了。(如电压瞬间跌落与电磁辐射
同时作用于秤上,使秤的示值误差超过了。);
b)秤的示值误差超过了e,且无法进行任何测量(如秤的示值显示闪变而无法读准等);
C秤的示值严重超差,并明显被察觉(如秤的显示器无显示等);
d)秤的示值误差超过了。,且出现暂时的瞬间变化,该示值无法作为测量结果来确认、存储和传
送(如秤的示值出现跳变,示值误差超过了。)。
5.3.4整机测试要求
在任何情况下,提交型式检验或出厂检验的秤都应进行整机测试口
5.4称f结果间的允许差值
不管称量结果如何变化,任何一次称量结果的误差,应不大于该秤量的最大允许误差。
5.4.1重复性
对同一载荷,多次称量所得结果之差,应不大于该秤量的最大允许误差的绝对值。
5.4.2偏载
按下列要求进行测试,同一载荷在不同位置的示值,其误差应不大于该秤量的最大允许误差。
a)对承载器的支承点个数N(4的秤,在每个支承点上施加珐码约等于最大秤量与最大添加皮
重之和的1/3e
b)对承载器的支承点个数N>4的秤,在每个支承点上施加祛码约等于最大秤量与最大添加皮
重之和的1/(N-1),
5.4.3多指示装置
包括皮重称量装置在内的多指示装置的示值之差,应不大于相应秤量最大允许误差的绝对值。数
