专用玻璃t器检定规程
范围
本规程适用于专用玻璃量器(简称量器)的定型鉴定、样机试验、首次检定、后续
检定和使用中的检验。专用玻璃量器包括了海水溶解氧滴定管、微量吸管、奥氏吸管、
比色管、离心管、刻度试管、血糖管和消化管等8类器具。
用其他材质制造的专用量器也可参照本规程校准。

量器的用途及结构尺寸如下:
3.1海水溶解氧滴定管
海水溶解氧滴定管是用于分析海水中的溶解氧成分的量出式量器。由玻璃管、侧
管、缓冲器、流液嘴组成的无活塞自动定零位滴定管。其结构尺寸见附录B中图B.1和
表B.1.
3.2微量吸管
微量吸管又称血色素吸管和血球吸管,是用于定量采集血液的量人式量器,由乳白
衬背的毛细玻璃管制成。其结构尺寸见附录B中的图B.2和表B.2.
3.3奥氏吸管
奥氏吸管为单标线吹出式量器,即使用时流液嘴的液体应全部排完。奥氏吸管的上
部为直管形毛细管,中间是橄榄形球部,球的下部为锥形拉尖部分,主要是用于定量采
集血液。其结构尺寸见附录B中的图B.3和表B.3o
3.4比色管
比色管主要是用于水质分析的量人式量器,是一种平底细长管形状的玻璃量器,分
A(具嘴)、B(无塞)、C(具塞)三种型式。分度线一般为两条,即半量和全量。其结
构见附录B中的图B.4o

3.5离心管
离心管是用于化学分析的量人式量器,分尖底和圆底两种:尖底离心管是一种上口
径为圆口,管身下部213处开始逐渐缩小为锥形的尖底玻璃管,它又分为A(无塞)和
B(具塞)两种形式;圆底离心管C是容积较大的带有分度线的圆底试管。其规格尺寸
见附录B中的图B.5和表B.4o
3.6刻度试管
刻度试管是用于化学分析的量人式量器,分A(具塞)和B(无塞)两种形式:无
塞刻度试管是一种上口径圆口的圆底玻璃管;具塞刻度试管是一种瓶颈式的圆底玻璃
管,瓶颈上配有磨砂玻璃塞。其规格尺寸见附录B中的图B.6和表B.5.
3.7血糖管
血糖管是用于分析人体血液中血糖含量的量人式量器。其规格尺寸见附录B中的
图B.7和表B.6o
3.8消化管
消化管是用于化学分析的量人式量器。其规格尺寸见附录B中的图B.8和表B.7o
4计,性能要求
量器在标准温度20℃时,其容量允差、流出时间等应符合下列各项要求。
4.1海水溶解氧滴定管
海水溶解氧滴定管的标称容量为25m1,分度值为0.05ml,零至任意分量的容量允
差为士0.02ml;标称容量的流出时间为(70-120)s,等待时间为30s.
4.2微量吸管
微量吸管的标称容量一般为20N.1,但根据实际需要也可制成其他标称容量,其容量
允差为标称容量的土2%o
4.3奥氏吸管
奥氏吸管分A,B级两个等级,其容量允差和流出时间应符合表1的规定。

4.6血糖管
血糖管的标称容量为25m1.
(0-4)ml;(0-6)ml的容量允差为土O.lmlo
(0一12.5)nil;(0一25)ml的容量允差为t0.2nmlo
4.7消化管
消化管的标称容量为50m1,其任意点的容量允差为土0.3mlo
5通用技术要求
5.1化学性能和应力
量器应采用透明、无色的硼硅玻璃制成,其化学性能和应力应符合表4的规定。
5.2外观
量器不得有影响读数的密集气泡、积水条纹、破气线气泡、明显直棱线、铁屑和严

重擦伤等缺陷的存在。
量器的流液嘴或管口端应按量器轴垂直方向切断并熔光或磨光,不得有粗糙或有缺
口。
量器的分度线和量的数值应清晰、完整、耐久。分度线应平直,粗细和分格均匀。

5.2.1海水溶解氧滴定管
5.2.1.1海水溶解氧滴定管的壁厚和内径应均匀,管身应垂直。焊接处应牢固、光滑
平整。
5.2.1.2海水溶解氧滴定管量的数值应自上而下递增排列在长分度线的右上方。
5.2.1.3海水溶解氧滴定管的分度线应与量器轴垂直,长线与中线应对称地向短线两
端伸长;两分度线的中心距离应大于1mm;分度线的宽度应不大于0.2mmo
5.2.1.4海水溶解氧滴定管的管身和流液嘴应标有相同的编号。
5.2.2微量吸管
5.2.2.1具有一定宽度的乳白衬背且均匀。
5.2.2.2吸管口内径不得小于0.4mmo
5.2.2.3分度线的宽度应不大于0.2mmo
5.2.3奥氏吸管
5.2.3.1其流液嘴应逐渐地向管口缩小,口部不应突然缩小与偏斜。
5.2.3.2标称容量线应为围线,其线宽:A级奥氏吸管不得大于0.2mm,B级奥氏吸管
不得大于0.3mmo
5.2.4比色管
5.2.4.1制造比色管的玻璃应无色、透明,其底部应平整光滑、厚薄均
