本文件规定了社区生鲜店服务的基本要求、服务场所、管理制度、人员要求、服务过程、评价与改

进的要求,描述了对应的证实方法。

本文件适用于社区生鲜店运营、管理及评估。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

生鲜农产品freshagriculturalproducts

通过种植、养殖、采集、捕捞等产生,未经加工或经初级加工,可食用的新鲜农产品。

注:包括蔬菜(含食用菌)、水果、畜禽肉、水产品、鲜蛋等。

3.2

社区生鲜店communityfreshstore

位于城乡居民相对集中的居住区,以居民为主要服务对象,以经营生鲜农产品为主,实施统一结算

并有店铺零售的终端。

3.3

生鲜区域freshproductsregion

店铺中对生鲜农产品进行初级加工、陈列、销售的区域。

4基本要求

4.1服务便捷

应满足社区居民对生鲜农产品的购买需求,营业时间应适应社区居民生活习惯。

4.2产品新鲜

生鲜农产品采购、门店储藏、陈列、初级加工及销售全过程,应保持生鲜农产品新鲜。

4.3质量安全

生鲜农产品应符合国家相关质量安全标准,质量安全相关信息应可查询。
