GB/T30805—2024/ISO29767:2019
前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T30805—2014《建筑用绝热制品部分浸入法测定短期吸水量》,与GB/T30805—2014
相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)增加了“自来水”中对热带地区的测试情况的描述(见5.3);
b)增加了“状态调节”中对热带地区试样的调节要求的描述(见6.4);
c)增加了“测试条件”中对热带地区的测试要求的描述(见7.1);
d)更改了“测试步骤”中方法A及方法B中取出试样的时间(见7.2.1、7.2.2,2014年版的6.2.1、
6.2.2)。
本文件等同采用ISO29767:2019《建筑用绝热制品
部分浸入法测定短期吸水量》。
本文件做了下列最小限度的编辑性改动:
—更正了ISO29767:2019的印刷错误,将热带地区状态调节使用(23±2)℃、(65±5)%相对
湿度的条件修改为使用(27±2)℃、(65±5)%相对湿度的条件。

本文件描述了部分浸入法测定样品短期吸水量的仪器和步骤。
本文件适用于绝热制品。
注:本文件规定的步骤是为了模拟施工期间24h的淋雨引起的吸水。

3术语和定义
本文件没有需要界定的术语和定义。
4原理
样品下半部放置在水中,经过24h,测量其质量变化。
附着在表面但未被吸入样品的多余水分用方法A(沥干法)去除,或用方法B代入计算得出。
5仪器
5.1天平,测定样品质量,精确至0.1g。
5.2水箱,控制水平面恒定在±2mm以内的装置和保持试样在所需位置的装置。图1给出了测试装置
示例。保持试样位置的装置覆盖水中的试样面积应不大于试样横截面积的15%。
5.3自来水,温度调节至(23±5)℃。有争议时,应使用去离子水。在热带地区,可能有不同的环境
和测试条件。在这种情况下,温度应调节至(27±5)℃,并应在测试报告中说明。
5.4沥干装置,图2a)和图2b)给出了装置示例。
