1范围

本文件规定了利用测风塔安装的杯式测风仪观测数据与激光雷达数据进行平行对比测试的总体要

求、参数和指标,描述了对应的评价方法和可靠性评价。

本文件适用于开展观测高度在400m以下的激光雷达与测风塔安装的杯式测风仪的平行对比观测及

数据可靠性评价工作。

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

(测风)激光雷达lidar

以激光器为光源向大气发射激光光束,并接收大气粒子的后向散射信号,通过分析接收回波相对发

射激光的多普勒频移来反演风速、风向的激光测风设备。

3.2

数据可靠性datareliability

仪器在规定条件下和规定时间内测量的数据达到规定要求的能力。

3.3

测风塔windmeasurementtower

用于安装测风传感器、数据记录设备以及供电和通讯设备的桅杆式高耸结构物。

平均风速averagevelocity

给定时间内风速记录的算术平均值。
