3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

热端喷涂hotendspray

在玻璃仪器生产线热端,将喷涂液雾化、喷涂到仪器表面,经过高温处理后能提高玻璃仪器表面光

滑度的一种工艺。

3.2

热端喷涂液hotendsprayingliquid

以单丁基三氯化锡为主要成分,喷涂到玻璃仪器表面后,经过高温处理使得表面光滑的一种液体。

3.3

内表面热端喷涂液沉积量innersurfacehotendsprayingliquid

玻璃仪器内表面的热端喷涂液在高温处理过程中发生分解,丁基与氯以气体形式挥发,最终沉积下

来的锡元素的量。

4原理

在玻璃仪器中加标称容量的氢氧化钠溶液,用超声波振荡器进行超声提取,将沉积在内表面的锡溶

解到氢氧化钠溶液中,加盐酸溶液调节pH并进行定容,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪等仪器对溶

液中锡元素的量进行测试,得到内表面热端喷涂液沉积量。
