能量消耗量试验方法

1范围

本文件规定了纯电动轮胎式装载机能量消耗量的试验条件,描述了能量消耗量的测量方法和试验

方法,以及能量消耗量评价和续航能力评估的方法。

本文件适用于在工作过程中采用机载动力电池(最大工作电压为B级电压)作为唯一动力源,额定

工作载荷不大于8000kg的纯电动轮胎式装载机能量消耗量的测试,采用其他类型可充电储能装置、

额定工作载荷大于8000kg的电动装载机参照使用。

GB/T25604和GB/T44254界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

续航能力allelectricworkingtime

电动装载机在动力电池完全充电状态下,以规定的条件和方法进行试验,计算得到的最长工作

时间。

注:单位为小时(h)。

4试验条件

4.1试验环境

试验环境应满足下列条件:

——环境温度:5℃~35℃;

——相对湿度:小于95%;

——风速:不大于5m/s。

4.2试验场地

试验场地应平坦、硬实,在纯电动轮胎式装载机(以下简称“电动装载机”)作业范围内,试验场地的

各向坡度不应大于0.5%,平整度不应大于3mm/m。
