本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件是GB/T(Z)18029《轮椅车》的第1部分。GB/T(Z)18029已发布了以下部分:

—第1部分:静态稳定性的测定;

—第2部分:电动轮椅车动态稳定性的测定;

—第3部分:制动性能的测定;

—第4部分:电动轮椅车和电动代步车理论能耗的测定;

本文件代替GB/T18029.1—2008《轮椅车第1部分:静态稳定性的测定》,与GB/T18029.1—2008相

比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

—将装有防翻装置轮椅车后倾静态稳定性测定及侧倾稳定性测试更改为带有前向或后向防翻装置

的测试(见第11章,2008年版的第11章);

—增加了防翻装置的效果测试(见11.4)。

本文件等同采用ISO7176﹘1:2014《轮椅车第1部分:静态稳定性的测定》。

引言

GB/T(Z)18029《轮椅车》是确保轮椅车性能和质量并准确地将这些性能和质量提供给相关者的

标准。轮椅车的使用者希望知道产品的性能和质量,生产商希望知道产品如何达到好的质量,而测试机

构希望知道如果对产品进行检验。由于GB/T(Z)18029篇幅过长,且使用文件的各方一般只需要其

中的一些内容,且各部分的更新不会同步,故分部分编制,拟由24部分构成:

—第2部分:电动轮椅车动态稳定性的测定;

—第3部分:制动性能的测定;

—第4部分:电动轮椅车和电动代步车理论能耗的测定;

对选择轮椅车和调节轮椅车而言,了解其静态稳定性至关重要。一些乘坐者需要较好的稳定性以确

保安全,而另一些乘坐者则宁愿选择一辆平衡性较好的轮椅车以便有较好的操控灵敏性。另外,静态稳

定性仅是影响动态稳定性的一个因素,其他因素是乘坐者在轮椅车中坐的位置、操作的熟练程度、推动

轮椅车的方式和轮椅车操作环境。

本文件描述了驻车制动器制动时(类似轮椅车停在斜坡上)的静态稳定性的测试。本文件也对驻车

制动器不制动时(类似轮椅车停在斜坡上,轮子抵在障碍物上、乘坐者倾斜身体取一个物体或行驶时的

不稳定状态)的静态稳定性进行测试。本文件还对装有前向、后向防翻装置的轮椅车的静态稳定性及轮

椅车倾翻时防翻装置的效果进行测试。

轮椅车

第1部分:静态稳定性的测定

1范围

本文件描述了轮椅车静态稳定性测定的测试方法。

本文件适用于手动轮椅车和最大速度不大于15km/h、预期供质量在ISO7176﹘11测试用假人范围

内的失能者(乘坐一人)室内和(或)室外移动用的电动轮椅车(包括电动代步车)。

对于主动控制稳定的轮椅车,本文件只适用于其制动状态。

本文件提供了测量倾翻角(包括轮椅车的倾翻角或防翻装置的倾翻角),但此方法不适用于装有侧

向防翻装置的轮椅车,也不考虑轮椅车在地面上的滑动。

本文件还包括了检验报告和信息发布的要求。

3术语和定义

ISO7176﹘26界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

主动控制稳定的轮椅车activestability-controlledwheelchair

在静止和(或)移动时主动控制或加强(通过电子或其他方式)稳定性的轮椅车。

3.2

防翻装置anti-tipdevice

限制轮椅车倾斜范围的装置。

注:防翻装置能够安装在前向、后向或侧向。有些防翻装置具有弹簧悬挂。有些行驶轮能起防翻装置的作用,但其

主要功能是行驶。如果制造商规定其轮椅车的脚支撑装置能做防翻装置,则也能起防翻装置的作用。轮椅车配

置的改变或为确保稳定性而作的性能改变不被视为防翻装置。
