船舶制造重大件吊装作业安全管理要求
1范围
本文件规定了船舶制造企业重大件吊装作业过程中的一般要求、管理职责、重大件吊装作业人员要
求、重大件吊装作业安全要求和应急管理要求。
本文件适用于船舶制造企业重大件吊装作业的安全管理。
2规范性引用文件
本文件没有规范性引用文件。
3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
船体吊环hullrings
在吊装作业中起连接吊索具而设置在船体分段等构件上的金属结构环。
3.2
联吊jointlifting
两台起重机通过适当的方式进行连接,其中由一台起重机控制,同时操纵两台起重机进行联合吊装
的方式。
3.3
抬吊multicranelifting
两台及以上的起重机分别进行控制操作,对同一物件进行吊装的方式。
4一般要求
4.1重大件的范围
重大件应为满足下列任一条件的吊物:
a)单台起重设备吊装承载重量超过额定起吊能力90%;
b)经济价值1000万元及以上的贵重设备,或直接影响任务完成的关键设备;
c)使用起重机联吊或两台起重机抬吊,其中有起重机所承受的载荷等于或超过其额定起重能力的
70%;
d)在起重作业过程中可能与起重机发生碰撞的超大体积类,外型不规则类和重心偏移类物件。
注:船舶制造企业在此基础上根据生产经营特点及起重设备情况确定重大件的范围。
4.2一般安全要求
4.2.1起重作业人员上岗前应取得特种设备作业人员证书,持证上岗,定期复审。
4.2.2起重作业人员应按规定穿戴个人防护用品,遵守安全规章制度和操作规程。
4.2.3起重司机应熟悉起重机械的结构、性能和起重吊运指挥信号,发现起重机械等异常时,应立即停
