引言
随着我省新建与改扩建公路的快速发展,钢波纹板桥涵得到了广泛的应用,其结构具有力学性能
优良、便于工业化生产、适应性强、施工速度快、旧桥加固无需中断交通、后期维护方便、节约资源
等优点。针对湖南省山区、丘陵和湖区平原多变地形条件,以及多雨潮湿环境下的钢波纹板桥涵应用
特点,编制本文件,形成了成套公路钢波纹板桥涵设计、施工与验收方法,用于指导我省新建钢波纹
板桥涵及旧桥涵加固,提高钢波纹板桥涵结构适应能力和应用范围,助力我国钢波纹板桥涵整体技术
水平的发展,具有重要意义。

公路钢波纹板桥涵设计施工与验收规范
1范围
本文件规定了公路钢波纹板桥涵的材料、布设基本规定、结构计算、结构构造设计、地基与基础设
计、耐久性措施、施工、质量验收和管养维护。
本文件适用于公路新建、改扩建钢波纹板桥涵,以及采用钢波纹板加固既有桥涵的设计、施工与验
收,适用跨径不大于16m的开口结构,跨径不大于7m的闭口结构,其他跨径参考使用。

3术语和定义
JT/T791界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
钢波纹板corrugatedsteelplate
钢板按照规定尺寸,经过轧制及冷弯加工而形成的波形板状材料。
3.2
钢波纹板桥涵corrugatedsteelbridgesandculverts
采用钢波纹板件连接形成主体结构之后,周边用结构性填筑材料填筑压实,充分发挥土—钢波纹板
相互作用共同承担荷载的结构物。
3.3
波峰crest
向钢波纹板桥涵外凸起部分为波峰。
3.4
波谷trough
向钢波纹板桥涵内凸起部分为波谷。
3.5
开口结构structureswithclosedconduit
单圆弧拱、多圆弧拱等由钢波纹板与基础连接形成的结构。
3.6
闭口结构structureswithclosedconduit
圆管形、马蹄形、箱拱形、高拱马蹄形等由钢波纹板形成的闭合结构。
3.7
起拱线springline
钢波纹板桥涵(不包括基础)横断面上水平方向最外侧点的连线。
3.8
拱顶crown
横断面的最高点及附近的一段区域。
3.9
拱底invert
横断面的最低点及附近的一段区域。
3.10
矢高rise
闭口结构竖向对应截面中心线之间的最大距离。开口结构为拱顶截面中心线与拱脚之间连线的竖向
距离。

3.11
跨径span
钢波纹板桥涵安装成形后结构水平方向对应截面中心线之间的最大距离。
3.12
孔径aperture
钢波纹板圆管涵波谷所在圆的直径。
3.13
管基bedding
天然地基或换填后的地基与拱底外形相适应的一定厚度的垫层共同形成的基础。
3.14
结构性填筑区structuralfillingarea
为确保钢波纹板结构的稳定性和发挥覆土—结构相互作用的填筑范围。
3.15
结构性填筑材料structuralfillingmaterials
钢波纹板结构性填筑区范围内按规定方法分层填筑和压实的、材料特性和级配满足设计要求的水稳
性好的填筑材料。
3.16
覆土厚度depthofcover
从钢波纹板桥涵结构中点到路面结构层底面之间的竖向距离。
3.17
最小覆土厚度minimumdepthofcover
为保证钢波纹板桥涵稳定性和发挥土-钢波纹板相互作用所需要的拱顶最小覆土厚度。
3.18
预变形量pre-deformation
用来补偿钢波纹板桥涵截面形态在施工期间产生的变形预留的反向校正量。
3.19
预拱度camber
用来补偿桥涵结构轴向在施工时预留的反向校正量。
4材料
4.1主体结构材料
4.1.1主体结构的钢板宜采用碳素结构钢、低合金高强度结构钢,其材料应分别符合GB/T700、GB/T
1591的规定,其尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差应符合GB/T3274、GB/T709的规定。
4.1.2采用连续热镀锌钢板及钢带加工钢波纹板构件时,其材料、性能、尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏
差应符合GB/T2518的规定。
4.1.3冷弯钢波纹板件的规格、尺寸允许偏差、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、质量说明书
及运输等应符合JT/T791、GB/T34567的规定。
4.1.4常用钢波纹板尺寸宜按附录A选用。
4.2连接件材料
4.2.1连接件采用高强度螺栓、螺母时,强度等级不应低于8.8级,其力学性能指标应符合GB/T1231

的规定;采用带爪螺栓、螺母时,其规格、尺寸等应符合GB/T34567的规定。
4.2.2垫圈应采用与钢波纹板圆弧半径一致的专用凹凸形垫圈,其力学性能指标应符合GB/T1231的规
定,其规格、尺寸等应符合GB/T34567的规定。
4.2.3开口结构与混凝土基础采用预埋地脚螺栓、焊接钢垫板连接,其力学性能指标及型号规格应分
别符合GB/T799、GB50017的规定。
4.2.4圆柱头焊钉连接件材料应符合GB/T10433的规定。
4.3密封材料
4.3.1密封材料应具有弹性和防渗透性,并应填塞紧密、粘贴牢固。
4.3.2密封材料宜采用聚乙烯发泡材料、氯丁橡胶、聚氯乙烯防水卷材、非固化橡胶沥青或耐候密封
胶、聚氨酯等,其性能与质量应分别符合GB/T14647、GB12952、JC/T2428、GB16776、GB/T19250
的规定。
4.4防腐耐久材料
4.4.1钢波纹板和高强度螺栓、螺母、钢垫圈等金属连接件,宜采用热浸镀锌防腐处理,所用锌应符
合GB/T470规定的1号或0号锌,钢表面处理的最低等级为Sa2.5。防腐性能应符合JT/T791和GB/T2518
的规定。
4.4.2当采用热浸镀铝、镀塑、静电喷涂等其他防腐方法代替镀锌时,应有试验验证资料,其防腐性
能应不低于热浸镀锌方法的相应要求。
4.4.3钢波纹板桥涵在镀锌防腐基础上采用防腐涂层、防水涂料时,材料应符合下列规定:
a)沥青涂层防腐、防水的性能、质量与技术指标应符合GB/T27806的规定;
b)涂装防腐的品种、规格、性能等应符合JT/T722的规定;
c)土工膜宜采用环保用高密度聚乙烯土工膜,其性能、质量与技术指标应符合GB/T17643的规定。
4.5焊接材料
4.5.1焊接材料应符合GB/T5117和GB/T5118的规定。
4.5.2焊接材料应与母材相适应。当强度不同的钢材连接时,宜采用与强度较低的钢材牌号相适应的
焊接材料。
4.6结构性填筑材料
4.6.1结构性填筑材料应选用级配较好的砾类土、砂类土等具有低压缩性、易压实、透水性良好的
材料。
4.6.2结构性填筑材料的容重宜采用试验确定,无试验资料时参考表1取用;结构性填筑材料的压缩模
量宜采用试验确定,无试验资料时参考表2线性内插取值。

4.6.3楔形部填筑材料应采用强度为0.6MPa-0.8MPa的易密实流态填筑料,材质宜为流态粉煤灰、流
态水泥土等。
4.6.4距钢波纹板壁0.6m范围内不应有粒径超过31.5mm和带尖角的石块、混凝土块、冻土块、高塑
性黏土块或其他有害腐蚀材料,结构性填筑区其他部分不应有粒径超过80mm的石块、混凝土块、高塑
性黏土块或其他有害腐蚀材料。
4.6.5结构性填筑材料可采用泡沫轻质混凝土,其配合比应根据设计要求的强度经试验验证后确定,
材料、性能、分类、尺寸应满足JG/T266的有关规定。
4.7其他材料
4.7.1涵洞洞口、桥涵基础及附属结构所用混凝土、砂、石料及砌体等材料应符合JTG/T3365-02、
JTG/T3650的要求。
4.7.2圬工砌体工程所用石料,石质应均匀、不易风化、无裂纹,其形状尺寸应满足JTG/T3650的
要求。
4.7.3用于圬工砌体工程的混凝土预制块,其规格、形状和尺寸应统一,表面应平整,其材料应符合
JTG/T3365-02的要求。采用轻质混凝土等特殊材料制作预制块时,配合比应经试验验证后确定。
5布设基本规定
5.1应用原则
5.1.1根据应用场景,钢波纹板桥涵可分为新建桥涵结构、加固既有桥涵结构、改扩建桥涵结构。
5.1.2采用钢波纹板新建桥涵与加固、改造既有桥涵应综合考虑地形地貌、地质、公路等级、施工条
件及防腐等因素,遵循因地制宜、满足功能、便于施工及养护管理的基本要求。
5.1.3满足下列条件之一时,宜选用钢波纹板桥涵:
a)混凝土原料缺乏,运输、施工用水困难地区;
b)承载力较低的软弱地基地区;
c)高填方路段;
d)应急抢险、救灾和战备等对工期要求较紧的桥涵通道;
e)既有桥梁、涵洞的接长拼宽或加固。

5.1.4既有桥涵加固改造后,应进行通行净空或行洪能力复核。
5.2新建结构形式
5.2.1钢波纹板桥涵分为闭口结构和开口结构两种形式,典型断面形式如图1所示。开口结构不能
应用于地震动峰值加速度大于或等于0.2g的地区,地基承载力较低的路段或高填方路段宜采用闭口
结构。

5.2.2按截面形状,钢波纹板桥涵可分为圆管形、马蹄形、单圆弧拱、多圆弧拱、箱拱形、高拱马蹄
形等,如图2所示。
