前言
本标准是对ZBJ72028.1—89《空气幕型式与基本参数》、ZBJ72028.2—89《空气幕技术条
件》和ZBJ72028.3—89《空气幕试验方法》进行的修订。
本标准自实施之日起代替ZBJ72028.1~028.3—89。
本标准由全国冷冻设备标准化技术委员会提出并归口。
本标准负责起草单位:同济大学。
本标准主要起草人:李强民、许邦令。

1范围
本标准规定了空气幕的型式和基本参数,规定了空气幕的技术条件、试验方法和检验规则及标志、
包装、贮存,规定了空气幕的试验方法和结果整理。
本标准适用于贯流风机、离心风机和轴流风机装配的空气幕。
本标准不适用于风管系统连接的空气幕。

3定义
本标准采用下列定义。
3.1上送式
系指空气幕安装在需要隔绝气流交换的门洞或其他场合的上部,向下送风的方式(见图1)。
3.2侧送式
系指空气幕安装在需要隔绝空气交换的门洞或其他场合的单侧或双侧,水平送风的方式(见图2)。

4型式与基本参数
4.1型式
4.1.1空气幕按送出气流的处理状态分为非加热空气幕和热空气幕。空气幕分水平和垂直两种安装型
式;配用风机型式有贯流式、离心式和轴流式;热源种类有热水、蒸汽、电。
空气幕型式代号应符合表1规定。

4.1.2空气幕的型号由大写汉语拼音字母和阿拉伯数字组成,具体表示方法如下:
差异:阿拉伯数字
热源种类:代号见表1(蒸汽不表示)
安装型式:代号见表1(水平安装不表示)
风机型式:代号见表1(贯流式不表示)
出口气流名义宽度(见表2):两位数字×100mm
叶轮外圆直径(见表2):两位数字×100mm
产品名称:代号见表1
4.1.3型号示例
FM–1509–C即叶轮名义直径为150mm,出口气流名义宽度为900mm,用贯流风机装配,垂直
安装的非加热空气幕。
RM–1512L–S即叶轮名义直径为150mm,出口气流名义宽度为1200mm,用离心风机装配,水平
安装,以热水为热源的空气幕。
4.2基本参数
4.2.1交流电源额定电压为220V单相或380V三相,额定频率为50Hz。

4.2.2空气幕基本参数应符合表2、表3的规定。
