鸡冷冻精液制作技术规程
1范围
本文件规定了鸡冷冻精液制作的准备、精液采集与品质检测、细管精液制作、细管精液冷冻、细管
冷冻精液解冻及活力检测、细管冷冻精液保存及解冻应用。
本文件适用于鸡细管冷冻精液的制作。

3术语和定义
NY/T3458、NY/T4047界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。
4准备
4.1器具与耗材
4.1.1主要器具与耗材准备见附录A。
4.1.2细管标示按NY/T1234的规定执行,其中制作单位名称标示,采用习惯字母、英文或者拼音首
字母。
4.1.3重复使用的器具,使用后立即用清水浸泡。器具清洗和消毒操作按NY/T1234与NY/T3458的
规定执行。
4.1.4细管、细管搓板、细管承载泡沫框等细管精液制作用具使用前置于2℃~5℃保温箱中,温度平
衡后待用。
4.1.5水浴解冻保温箱中加入清洁自来水,水深大于10cm,放入冰袋或者冰块,保持水温为2℃~
5℃。
4.2用液
4.2.1按照附录B配制所有用液。
4.2.2所有用液使用前置于2℃~5℃操作保温箱中,温度平衡后待用。
4.2.3所有用液与精液吸取前应摇匀。

4.3公鸡挑选与训练
