前言

本标准对应于下列国际标准,一致性程度为修改采用(等效):ISO11722:1999《固体燃料—硬煤

通氮干燥法测定一般分析试验煤样的水分》;ISO1171;1997((固体矿物燃料—灰分测定》;ISO562:

1998((硬煤和焦炭—挥发分的测定》。

主要差异如下:

—增加了水分测定的空气干燥法;

—增加了灰分测定的快速灰化法;

—在挥发分测定程序中,规定回升温度和时间为:(90。士10)C,3min,

本标准代替GB/T212-1991煤《的工业分析方法》。

本标准与GB/T212-1991相比主要变化如下:

—删去了水分测定中的甲苯蒸馏法(1991年版的2.2);

—修改了挥发分结果的部分换算公式(1991年版的4.5,6;本版的5.5,7),

本标准的附录A为规范性附录。

本标准由中华人民共和国原煤炭工业局提出。

本标准由全国煤炭标准化技术委员会归口。

本标准起草单位:煤炭科学研究总院煤炭分析试验室、云南煤田地勘公司143队。

范围

本标准规定了煤的水分、灰分和挥发分的测定方法和固定碳的计算方法。

本标准适用于褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤

GB/T218煤中碳酸盐二氧化碳含量的测定方法(eqvISO925)

GB/T7560煤中矿物质的测定方法(neqISO602)

3水分的测定

本标准规定了煤的两种水分测定方法。其中方法A适用于所有煤种,方法B仅适用于烟煤和无

烟煤。

在仲裁分析中遇到有用空气干燥煤样水分进行校正以及基的换算时,应用方法A测定空气干燥煤

样的水分。

3.1方法A(通氮干燥法)

3.1.1方法提要

称取一定量的空气干燥煤样,置于105110c干燥箱中。在干燥氮气流中干燥到质量恒定。然后根

据煤样的质量损失计算出水分的质量分数
