前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T21220—2007《软磁金属材料》,与GB/T21220—2007相比除结构调整和编辑
性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
——更改了E1类合金中的铜、钒等元素典型成分范围(见表2,2007年版的表1);
——更改了E类合金在某些条件下的振幅磁导率(见表3,2007年版的表2);
——更改了E类合金在某些条件下的最低磁极化强度规定值(见表4,2007年版的表3);
——增加了F类合金在2800A/m条件下最低磁极化强度的规定(见表4);
——更改了E类合金的尺寸限制范围(见表1,2007年版的表5)。
本文件修改采用IEC60404⁃8⁃6:2016《磁性材料第8-6部分:单项材料规范软磁金属材料》。
本文件与IEC60404⁃8⁃6:2016相比做了下述结构调整:
——增加了4.6、5.2;
——5.1对应IEC60404⁃8⁃6:2016的第5章;
——表1对应IEC60404⁃8⁃6:2016的表5,表2~表5分别对应IEC60404⁃8⁃6:2016的
表1~表4;
——增加了资料性附录A。
本文件与IEC60404⁃8⁃6:2016的技术差异及其原因如下:
——用GB/T21219—2023、GB/T43344—2023、GB/T17951.2—2014、GB/T2521.1—2016和
GB/T2521.2—2016替换了第1章范围中的引用文件IEC60404⁃1、IEC60404⁃8⁃10、
IEC60404⁃8⁃3、IEC60404⁃8⁃4、IEC60404⁃8⁃7(见第1章),以适应我国的技术条件;
——用GB/T2900.60—2002、GB/T2900.74—2008和GB/T9637—2001替换了第3章术语和
定义引导语中的引用文件IEC60050⁃121、IEC60050⁃131、IEC60050⁃221,以适应我国的技术
条件;
——用GB/T17505—2016、GB/T18253—2018、GB/T13012—2008、GB/T13888—2024、
GB/T3655—2022、GB/T3658—2022、YB/T4292—2012和GB/T21219—2023分别替换
了ISO404、ISO10474、IEC60404⁃4、IEC60404⁃7、IEC60404⁃2、IEC60404⁃6、IEC60404⁃9、
IEC60404⁃1(见8.1、8.3.1、8.3.2、8.4.3、第9章和表2),以适应我国的技术条件;
——删除了E.S型试样长径比中引用的IEC60404⁃7(见3.2),因本文件未涉及长径比;
——增加了铁铬软磁合金分类方法、牌号及相关技术要求(见4.6、5.2和附录A),以适应我国的技
术条件。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
——为与我国标准协调,将标准名称改为《软磁金属材料》;
——增加了资料性附录“铁铬软磁合金类别及磁性能要求”。
