GB/T20116((燃料加热装置的试验方法》目前包括以下4个部分:

—第1部分:通用要求;

—第2部分:燃煤加热装置;

—第3部分:燃气加热装置;

—第4部分:燃油加热装置

本部分为GB/T20116的第1部分,是我国首次制定的第一部工业用燃料加热装置的试验方法国

家标准。其他的为各类燃料加热装置的专用部分

根据需要,还将陆续制定其他部分

各类燃料加热装置的专用部分根据本部分制定。在专用部分中针对各类燃料加热装置的特点,分

别对本部分中的有关规定进行完善和补充口

各类燃料加热装置的产品标准应根据相应的专用部分制定,没有专用部分时,根据本部分制定。在

产品标准中针对各系列的特点,对本部分或相应的专用部分中的有关规定进行完善和补充。

各类燃料加热装置的企业产品标准根据相应的产品标准制定;无产品标准时,根据相应的专用部分

制定;无专用部分时,根据本部分制定。制定时允许对本部分、专用部分或产品标准中的有关规定作必

要的完善和补充。

本部分由中国电器工业协会提出。

本部分由全国工业电热设备标准化技术委员会归口。

燃料加热装置的试验方法

第I部分:通用部分

范围

本部分的目的是使适用于所有燃料加热装置的试验条件、基本测量和通用试验方法标准化,以确认

其安全和性能方面的技术要求

本部分适用于使用固态、液态和气态燃料加热的各类加热装置,它们主要包括用于熔炼、加热、热处

理、化工反应等工艺用途及各种型式的燃料加热装置,如高炉、轧钢加热炉、热处理炉、窑、反应炉等。

本部分不适用于家庭、建筑和类似用途的燃料加热器具和取暖设施

本部分应与有关的燃料加热装置的特殊安全和性能标准配合使用。当这些标准不适用时,可由制

造厂和用户商定。本部分给出的试验项目既不是强制性的也不具约束性
