前言
本标准是对JB/T5445—91《中型活塞式单机双级制冷压缩机型式与基本参数》、JB/T5446—91
《中型活塞式单机双级制冷压缩机技术条件》和ZBJ73005—89《活塞式单机双级制冷压缩机试
验方法》进行的修订。本标准与JB/T5445—91、JB/T5446—91和ZBJ73005—89相比,主要技术
内容改变如下:
——删除了有关R12的参数和技术要求;
——增加了缸径100mm、行程70mm系列的参数和要求;
——噪声测定改为先测声压级,再换算成声功率级;
——型号表示方法改变。
本标准自实施之日起代替JB/T5445—91、JB/T5446—91和ZBJ73005—89。
本标准的附录A、附录B和附录C都是标准的附录。
本标准的附录D和附录E都是提示的附录。
本标准由全国冷冻设备标准化技术委员会提出并归口。
本标准起草单位:大连冷冻机股份有限公司。

1范围
本标准规定了活塞式单机双级制冷压缩机(以下简称压缩机)及活塞式单机双级制冷压缩机组(以
下简称压缩机组)的术语、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装和贮存。
本标准适用于以R22、R717为制冷剂,气缸直径为70~170mm的压缩机和压缩机组。
采用其它制冷剂的压缩机和压缩机组可参照本标准。

3定义
本标准采用下述定义。
3.1活塞式单机双级制冷压缩机
带有高、低压气缸的单台活塞式制冷压缩机。
3.2活塞式单机双级制冷压缩机组
系将活塞式单机双级制冷压缩机、电动机、传动装置、附属设备等组装在公共机座上的总称。
3.3低压级

两级压缩中,由低压力到中间压力的压缩端。
3.4高压级
两级压缩中,由中间压力到高压力的压缩端。
4产品型式
4.1压缩机气缸布置型式和高低压缸数配比按表1规定。

4.2压缩机配置能量调节机构和卸载启动机构。
4.3压缩机组采用联轴器直接传动或三角带传动。
5基本参数
5.1压缩机基本参数应符合表2的规定。

6技术要求
6.1一般要求
6.1.1压缩机应按本标准的规定,并按经规定程序批准的图样和技术文件制造。
6.1.2压缩机用润滑油应符合GB/T16630的规定。在使用中还应防尘和防潮。
6.1.3压缩机润滑系统的油压和曲轴箱中压力的差值应不低于0.1MPa。
6.1.4压缩机的安全阀应动作灵敏、不漏气、安全可靠。
6.1.5当环境温度最高达43℃、冷却水温度为33℃时,压缩机曲轴箱中润滑油的温度应不高于70℃。
6.1.6压缩机应是气密的,低压级与高压级吸气腔之间也应是气密的。
6.1.7R717压缩机润滑油的耗油量按表4的规定。

6.1.8压缩机轴封处油滴漏不应超过0.5mL/h。
6.2性能要求
6.2.1压缩机名义工况的制冷量、单位轴功率制冷量和单位制冷量重量应符合制造厂的规定值或参照
附录D(提示的附录)的规定值。
6.2.2压缩机性能数值按表5规定圆整。

6.2.3使用部门可根据不同的工况和实际管路阻力损失,参考制造厂提供的性能曲线,折算实际制冷
量和电动机功率。
6.2.3.1压缩机的性能试验应按本标准及GB/T5773规定的方法进行。
6.2.3.2压缩机名义工况制冷量按表3规定的工况运转,压缩机的制冷量应不小于6.2.1规定值的95%。
制冷量包括吸入管道上制冷剂蒸气过热所得的冷量在内。
6.2.3.3压缩机名义工况下的单位轴功率制冷量应不小于6.2.1规定值的95%。
6.2.4压缩机重量指标包括吸、排气截止阀。不包括仪表、联轴器(或飞轮)、三角带、公共机座和冷
冻机油的重量。

6.3压缩机设计和使用条件
6.3.1压缩机在符合表6规定的设计和使用条件下应能长期可靠工作。

6.3.2制造厂应根据压缩机的大小、实测排气温度、单位轴功率制冷量和表6的条件,规定压缩机的
最大压缩比和工作范围。
6.4压缩机零、部件的耐压和气密性要求
6.4.1机体的高压腔、气缸盖、排气总管应经耐压和气密性试验,保压各5min,不应渗漏。高压侧
耐压试验的压力为设计压力的1.5倍,气密性试验的压力为设计压力。
6.4.2机体的低压腔、曲轴箱、曲轴箱侧盖和吸气总管应经耐压和气密性试验,保压各5min,不应
渗漏。低压侧耐压试验的压力为压缩机组安装场地最高温度所对应的饱和压力的1.5倍,气密性试验的
压力为压缩机组安装场地最高温度所对应的饱和压力。
6.4.3冷却水套应经0.7MPa耐压试验,保压5min,不应渗漏。
6.4.4耐压和气密性试验按附录A(标准的附录)规定的方法进行。
6.5压缩机零、部件技术要求
6.5.1缸套、活塞、活塞环、油环、活塞销、连杆、连杆轴瓦、连杆衬套、滚针、滚针外套、连杆螺
栓、连杆螺母、轴封零件、阀组零件、油泵零件和橡胶、塑料的压制件等,同一规格的零件应能互换。
6.5.2压缩机滚针应按GB/T309的规定。
6.5.3压缩机高压级连杆滚针外套应符合附录B(标准的附录)的规定。
6.6压缩机组的噪声限值
6.6.1压缩机组的噪声按JB/T4330规定的方法测量声压级,并按JB/T4330提供的公式计算压缩机
组的声功率级。
6.6.2压缩机组的噪声声压级限值应不超过表7的规定,同时还应提供声功率级的指标。

6.7压缩机的清洁度指标
6.7.1压缩机整机的清洁度检查按JB/T9058规定的方法进行。
6.7.2压缩机的清洁度除吸气滤网处的污物外,其它接触制冷剂与润滑油的零、部件表面污物总质量
应不超过表8的规定。
