前言

本规程根据国家粮食局司便函管理仁2003]173号文的要求编制。并根据国家粮食局国家储备粮库

建设办公室会议纪要第149期(2003年11月19日)的要求,将规程名称由《粮食浅圆仓机电设备安装

调试技术规程》变更为《粮食仓库机电设备安装技术规程》,规程编制内容亦由浅圆仓扩大到平房仓和立

筒仓等当前我国粮食仓库的主要仓型。

近几年,我国粮食储运设施发展较快,新建的粮库机械化、自动化程度较高,对机电设备安装调试都

提出了较高要求。而本行业一直没有针对粮库机电系统安装调试的技术标准,机电系统的安装、调试和

验收工作无章可循,7需规范。为了指导粮食仓库机电设备的安装及调试,保证工程质量,提高经济效

益,促进行业技术进步,保障生产安全,特制定本规程。

本规程为粮食行业强制性标准。本规程规定了粮食仓库机电设备安装、调试的一般技术要求

由于本标准为国内首部关于粮食仓库机电设备安装技术的规程,为了提高规程质量,请各单位在执

行本规程的过程当中,注意总结经验,积累资料,随时将有关意见和建议反馈给国家粮食储备局郑州科

学研究设计院(地址:河南省郑州市南阳路153号,邮政编码450053),以供今后修订时参考。

本规程由国家粮食局流通与科技发展司提出。

1总则

1.0.1为了指导粮食仓库机电设备的安装及调试,保证工程质量,提高经济效益,促进行业技术进步,

保障生产安全,特制定本规程。

1.0.2本规程规定了粮食仓库机电设备安装、调试的一般技术要求。

1.0.3本规程适用于新建、扩建、改造的浅圆仓、立筒仓、砖圆仓和房式仓等工程项目的机电设备安装

工程,可作为粮食仓库机电设备安装工程的验收依据。本规程只适用于额定电压1kV及以下的电气设

备和线路的安装工程及验收。

1.0.4本规程中所指机电设备,系指粮食仓库常用且固定安装的机电设备,其他移动式设备及本规程

未提及的机电设备的安装、调试应按各设备的相关规范及产品技术要求执行。

1.0.5粮食仓库机电设备安装除应遵守本规程外,尚应符合国家现行的有关强制性标准和规范的

规定。

2基本规定

2.1一般规定

2.1.1本规程包括了粮食仓库生产系统所涉及的各类机械(含非标)、电气、控制和监控等设备,从开箱

验收到机电系统的负载运转的全过程。

2.1.2承担粮食仓库机电安装工程的施工单位应具备相应的资质和相关业绩,安装人员应经过专业技

术培训并持证上岗。

2.1.3工程施工前,施工单位应熟悉和核对施工图纸、施工要求等资料。施工单位应编制施工组织设

计或施工方案,并经业主(或监理)认可。

2.1.4粮食仓库机电安装工程施工应严格按照施工图纸和经确认的设计变更文件进行施工。

2.1.5机电设备及主要安装材料,应符合设计和相关产品的规定,并有合格证明。

2.1.6在安装调试过程中使用的各种计量器具和检测仪表、仪器、应符合国家现行的有关规定。

2.1.7隐蔽工程应在工程隐蔽前进行自检、报验,验收合格后方可进人下一工序。

2.1.8施工单位应对每道工序进行检验和记录,合格后方可进人下一工序.检验记录作为工程验收时

的依据。

2.2土趁条件

2.2.1与机电设备安装有关的土建工程(含机电设备预埋件和基础),应在机电设备施工开始前完成.

达到并符合建筑工程施工及验收国家标准中初步验收阶段的要求。可能损坏机电设备的土建装饰工作

应在机电设备施工前全部结束。

2.2.2机电设备的基础和预埋件的数量、位置、几何尺寸、位置偏差和质量,以及预留洞孔数量、位置、

尺寸应符合设计要求。设备基础表面和地脚螺栓预留孔中的油污、碎石、泥土、积水等均应清除于净;预

埋地脚螺栓的螺纹应保护完好;放置垫铁的部位应将表面处理平整。

2.2.3机电设备安装完毕,投人系统调试前,建筑安装有关的土建工程应符合下列要求:

1需要预压的设施基础,应预压合格并应有沉降记录。

2缺陷修补及装饰工程应结束,清扫干净。

3二次灌浆和抹面工作应结束。

4通电后无法进行以及影响运行安全的工程应施工完毕。

5通风和空调设备投人使用。

6门窗安装完毕。

7建(构)筑物照明系统交付使用。

2,2-4机电施工应与土建施工紧密结合进行,粗大笨重设备可利用土建施工起重机械吊运。体积较

大的设备可在门窗封闭前先行运至室内安装位置

2.3施工安全

2.3.1施工单位现场主要负责人应对施工安全负责,并安排具有安全管理资质的人员负责施工安全工

作,制定具体的操作规程及安全措施。

2.3.2施工现场设备和材料应堆放整齐、稳固,不应影响或妨碍现场生产安全、通风除尘、防爆、泄爆、

消防设施的性能和使用。现有安全、通风除尘、防爆、泄爆、消防等设施,未经主管部门批准,不应拆除。

易燃物品应分开存放,并配置相应的消防设施。

2.3.3在粉尘爆炸危险区域10区、11区进行施工作业时,应符合《粮食加工、储运系统粉尘防爆安全

规程)XGB17440-1998)的11.3规定执行。

2,3.4施工时使用的所有特种安全防护用品均应具有安全鉴定证书,并且是由具备相应特种劳动防护

用品生产资质的企业制造的产品。

2.3.5施工中发现影响安全生产的缺陷或隐患时,应及时解决甚至立即停止相关作业。

2.3.‘雨、雪、大风等恶劣天气作业时,必须采取可靠的防滑、防寒、防冻、防倒塌和防火等措施。

2,3.,施工现场的用电安全按建《设工程施工现场供用电安全规范》(GB50194)的规定采用。施工用

电应制定安全用电技术措施和电气防火措施。

2.3.8安装、维修或拆除临时用电工程,应由电工完成。电工的技术等级应同工程的难易程度和技术

复杂性相适应。

2.3.,施工现场施工专用的中性点直接接地变压器,其低压宜采用TN-S接地保护系统。电气设备的

金属外壳应与专用保护地线连接。现场的配电线路应采用漏电电流动作保护。

2.3.10用于高处作业的安全标志、工具、仪表、电气设施和各种施工工具,应在使用前检查并确认其完

好,方可投人使用。

2.3.11在高处或临江(河、湖、海等)作业时,应采取可靠的安全防护措施。

2.3.12对可能导致人或物坠落以及危及人身安全的孔、洞、沟、坑、槽等部位应设置安全标志,必要时

可设置盖板、防护栏杆、安全网、栅门等安全防护设施,夜间还宜设置红灯示替。

2.3.13施工现场应清理干净,余料、废料不应随意放置或向下丢弃。不宜抛掷传递物件。

2.3.14攀登作业时,攀登用具应牢固可靠。梯脚底部应坚实,不应垫高使用,如需接长,必须有可靠的

连接措施。

2.3.15作业人员应从规定通道通过,所有临时通道应牢固可靠。不应从非规定通道进行登攀,不应

利用吊车等施工设备进行攀登。

2.3.16高空作业时,应有牢靠的立足点,并应根据现场情况,配置安全防护设施。所用的索具、安全

带、平台等,均应经过检验并合格后方可使用。

2.3.17起重作业时应严格遵守操作规程。人员不应在吊装物下方站立或行走。

2.3.18所有结构件、受力件的容许载荷均应经过计算,并满足作业或生产需要。

3机电设备进场检查和验收

3.1检查验收

3.1.1施工中使用的机电设备、器材和材料均应是符合国家法律规定和现行国家标准的产品。

3.1.2设备和器材到达施工现场后应在规定期限内开箱验收检查。开箱验收应在业主方、监理方和施

工方有关人员的共同参加下,按下列项目进行检查,并做好书面记录和交接手续:

1运输和装卸方法(是否符合设备要求及合同要求)。

2箱号、数量以及包装情况。

3设备和器材的名称、铭牌、型号和规格、合格证书及检验证书。

4装箱单、设备技术文件、专用工具、零附件及备件。

5设备和器材有无缺损件、变形,表面有无损坏和锈蚀。

6其他需要记录的情况。

7设备和材料有特殊要求的,应按相应要求检查。

3.1.3除按以上条款进行查验外,还应满足本规程对具体设备的要求和设备自身质量标准的要求。

3.1.4涉及安全质量或劳动安全的设备、材料、成品和半成品,对其质量存在争议时,可由有资质的检

测机构进行抽样检测,并出具检测报告,确认符合本规程和相关技术标准规定的方可在施工中使用。

3.2设备保管

3.2.1机电设备运至现场后,应按设备的有关要求进行装卸车、搬运和保管。

3.2.2机电设备应分类存放在符合要求的环境,并做好“四防”工作:防雨雪、风沙的侵袭;防碰撞;防机

械损坏;防盗。

3.2.3设备及其零部件、备件、专用工具、技术资料均应妥善保管,防止变形、损坏、锈蚀、错乱或丢失。

4机械设备安装

4.1一般规定

4.1.1本章中机械设备安装指浅圆仓、砖圆仓、立筒仓和房式仓作业系统中的固定式机械设备的安装,

不适用于移动式机械设备的安装。

4.1.2机械设备安装前,除按本规程第3章的规定,还应检查:

1机械设备及材料状态是否安全良好。

2焊缝记录、预装检查记录及其他技术记录文件是否完整齐全。

3加强结构是否符合设计要求。

4设备定位、装配标志是否清晰正确。

4.1.3机械设备就位前,应按施工图和有关设备基础、支承建筑结构的实测数据,确定主要机械设备的

纵向中心线、横向中心线和基准标高点,作为设备安装工作的基准。

4.1.4整机安装后,设备应具有良好状态:

1各段机体及法兰连接界面平整、密合。

2拉紧装置调节灵活,拉紧可靠。

3所有螺杆、滑轨、轴承、传动部件及减速器内润滑油(脂)的规格、质量和数量符合要求。

4机架稳固可靠。

5链条、传动带松紧适度。

6紧固件无松动。

7牵引带无打滑。

8挡尘板、进料斗、闸门、机壳法兰、清扫门、观察窗及机罩等密封良好,有防止粉尘泄漏及雨水渗

漏的措施。

,驱动及传动装置应牢固地安装在基础或机架上,运行中不出现位移、晃动。

10运转平稳、可靠、无异常响声。

4.1.5机械设备的焊接符合《粮油加工机械通用技术条件焊接件)})(LS/T3501.6)的规定,机械设备

的表面涂漆符合《粮油加工机械通用技术条件表面涂漆))(LS/T3501.10)的规定。

4.1.6输送带的连接应按规定方法和程序进行,硫化法连接应符合《连续输送设备安装工程施工及验

收规范》(GB50270-1998)附录的规定。

4.2斗式提升机

4.2.1斗式提升机安装时应首先确定其垂直中心线,头轮、尾轮、机座、机壳应与垂直中心线对中。

4.2.2机筒安装应符合下列要求:

1机筒表面的平面度允许偏差应不大于1/1000.

2机筒上、下法兰面的平行度允许偏差应不大于lmm,

3机筒中心线对法兰的垂直度允许偏差应不大于1.8mm,

4机筒内壁不应有凸起的螺钉头及螺母。

4.2.3机头部装配应符合下列要求:

1头轮与机壳壳体对中,最大偏差应不大于2mm,

2头轮转动灵活、无卡滞现象。

3止逆器手动顺转灵活,反转止逆可靠。

4调整轴装式减速器反转矩螺杆,使传动三角带的拉紧力适当。

4.2.4机座安装应符合下列要求:

1拉紧丝杠及挡尘板调节灵活、方便。

2调节长孔不外露,底轴不与长孔相擦。

3清扫门启闭灵活。

4挡尘板、进料斗、闸门、机壳法兰、清扫门等滑动件与机座壳密封良好。

4.2.5牵引带、备斗装配应符合下列要求:

1备斗应在牵引带按要求进行预拉伸之后安装。

2牵引带的预拉伸量不少于原带长的7/1000,并保持24h稳定。

3备斗中心线应与牵引带中心线重合,其偏差应不大于5mm,连接螺栓应可靠锁紧。

4牵引带接头可采用搭接或硫化法连接。

5接头方向应顺牵引带运行方向,搭接长度应跨3个备斗,连接螺栓轴线与胶带端部的距离应不

小于50mm,

4.2.6机体安装应符合下列要求:

1机座上平面对水平面的平行度允许偏差应不大于1.2mm,

2头轮轴对水平面的平行度允许偏差应不大于。.3八000.

3机壳铅垂度的允许偏差(见图4.2.6-1)应符合表4.2.6-1规定。

4确定底座轴线,底座轴的安装偏差(见图4.2.6-2)应符合表4.2.6-2规定。

4.2.7机壳上部区段、中部区段、下部区段各连接处和检视门均应密封良好。

4.2.8提升机的上部区段、中部区段应固定在牢固的支架上,中部区段应做横向固定;机壳铅垂方向的

自由伸缩应不受限制。头轮轴承座宜与驱动装置支撑在同一支撑平台上。

4.2.,当底座式减速机用刚性联轴节连接时,减速器的输出轴与提升机头轮轴的同轴度允许偏差应不

大于40Km.

4.2.10提升机传动平台的减速机安装基准面对水平面的平行度允许偏差应不大于1mmo

4.2.11机头回流挡板的位置,与备斗外边缘的距离应保持在7mm^-10mm之间。

4.2.12拉紧装置的调罄应灵活。牵引件安装调移好后,未被利用的行程应不小于全行程的50%e

4.3埋刮板输送机

4.3.1本节内容适用于水平型埋刮板输送机安装。水平型埋刮板机允许倾斜安装角度应不大于15。

4.3.2刮板机安装时应首先确定刮板机中心线及位置,机头、机尾部安装应符合下列要求:

1输送机头部应牢固地固定在平台或支架上。

2头轮、尾轮安装后转动灵活。

3尾部拉紧装置应调节灵活,刮板链条松紧适度,拉紧调节装置已利用行程应不超过全行程

的50%0

4链轮拉紧后,其轴线对输送机纵向中线的垂直度偏差不大于2/10000

4.3.3非标段机槽应按每段机槽上标出的连接顺序号依次组装;安装应符合下列要求:

1机槽两侧对称中心面对机头、机尾对称中心面的对称度应符合表4.3.3规定。

2各段机槽导轨及法兰界面平整、密合,错位应不大于2mm,且只允许在刮板链条运行前方的导

轨及法兰口稍低。

3各段机槽安装后,应沿长度方向朝尾部伸缩,其横向不应有移动或晃动现象。

4机槽内壁不应有凸起的螺钉及螺母。

4.3.4驱动装置安装应符合下列要求:

1驱动装置应牢固地安装在基础或机架上,运行中不应有位移或晃动现象。

2大、小链轮的中心面应重合,其偏差应不大于两链轮中心距的2/1000

4.3.5链条安装应符合下列要求:

1刮板链条组装前,应逐节检查、清洗;链条关节转动应灵活。

2链条运行方向指示箭头应与头轮旋转方向一致。

3刮板链条与机槽的最小侧间隙应符合表4.3.5规定。

4.3.6耐磨材料的安装固定应牢固可靠。

4.3.7溢流板、清扫门等应转动灵活,滑动件与机座壳应密封。

4.3.8调节手轮及闸板应调节灵活,闸板沿导槽的移动不应有卡、扭现象。

4.4托辊带式输送机

4.4.1输送机纵向中心线与基础实际轴线的最大允许偏差为20mm

4.4.2组装机架应符合下列要求:

1机架中心线与输送机纵向中心线的允许偏差应不大于3mm,

2当输送机长度1.(loom时,机架中心线直线度允许偏差应不大于lomm;当输送机长度

100m<L(300m时允许偏差应不大于30mm,

3机架应保证任意25m长度内的偏差不大于5mm,

4机架横截面两对角线长度之差不大于两对角线长度平均值的3/1000,

5中间架的间距,其允许偏差为1.5mm,高低差应不大于间距的2/1000

6机架接头处的左、右偏差和高低偏差均应不大于lmm,

4.4.3滚筒安装应符合下列要求:

1滚筒横向中心线和输送机纵向中心线重合,其偏差应不大于2mm,

2滚筒轴线与水平面的平行度偏差不大于1/1000,与输送机机架中心线的垂直度偏差应不大于

2/1000,

4.4.4托辊安装应符合下列要求:

1托辊或托辊组横向中心线和输送机纵向中心线的偏差应不大于3mm,

2非调心或过渡用的托辊,其上表面母线应位于同一平面上或同一半径的弧面上,且相邻三组托

辊辊子上表面母线的相对高差应不大于2mm,

4.4.5拉紧装置安装应符合下列要求:

1垂直框架式或水平车式拉紧装置,往前松动行程应为全行程的20%4000;尼龙芯带、帆布芯

带或输送机长度大于200m的,以及电动机直接启动和有制动要求者,松动行程应取小值

2纹车或螺旋拉紧装置,往前松动行程应不小于l00mm,

3绞车式拉紧装置装配后,其拉紧钢丝绳与滑轮绳槽的中心线及卷筒轴线的垂直线的偏斜偏差均

应小于1/10,

4.4.6清扫装置的有效清扫范围应不小于带宽的85%.

4.4.7输送带的连接方法应符合设备技术文件或输送机制造厂的规定。连接后应平直,其允许直线度

偏差应符合表4.4.7规定。

4.5气垫带式输送机

4.5.1机架、头尾轮、胶带、拉紧装置、托辊、清扫装置的安装要求按本规程5.4.1-5.4.7的规定执行。

4.5.2气室安装应符合下列要求:
