前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23356—2009《卷烟烟气气相中一氧化碳的测定非散射红外法》,与GB/T23356—
2009相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
——更改了收集气袋的容积规定(见6.3,2009年版的5.3);
——更改了非散射红外分析仪采样速率的规定(见6.4,2009年版的5.4);
——更改了温度计的精度要求(见6.8,2009年版的5.7);
——更改了一氧化碳标准气体浓度(见第5章、7.3.2和7.3.5,2009年版的第6章、8.2.2和8.2.5);
——删除了抽样的规定(见2009年版的第7章);
——更改了卷烟抽吸的规定(见7.4.2,2009年版的8.3.2);
——增加了非散射红外分析仪重新校准的要求(见7.5.1)。
本文件修改采用ISO8454:2024《卷烟烟气气相中一氧化碳的测定非散射红外法》。
本文件与ISO8454:2024相比做了下述结构调整:
——第5章对应ISO8454:2024的第6章;
——第6章对应ISO8454:2024的第5章;
——增加了7.1,第7章中其他条号顺延;
——10.1对应ISO8454:2024的第10章;
——增加了附录A。
本文件与ISO8454:2024的技术差异及其原因如下:
——用规范性引用的GB/T16447替换了ISO3402、GB/T16450替换了ISO3308、GB/T19609
替换了ISO4387,引用相应的国家标准,便于对本文件的理解和执行;
——更改了ISO8454:2024中重复性和再现性相关内容(见第9章),以适合国内现状;
——增加了抽吸卷烟的准备相关内容(见7.1),以适合我国国情便于标准的操作和执行;
——增加了标准条件下每支卷烟一氧化碳的平均质量的计算公式[见公式(3)],便于在标准条件
下进行快速计算;
——增加了测试报告的详细内容(见10.2~10.5),适合我国国情便于标准的操作和执行。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
——增加了资料性附录A“方法的重复性限和再现性限”。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
气相vapourphase
使用符合GB/T16450要求的吸烟机,按GB/T19609抽吸卷烟过程中通过烟气捕集器的烟气
部分。
3.2
清除抽吸clearingpuff
熄灭卷烟后或从卷烟夹持器上取下卷烟后进行的任何抽吸。
4原理
按GB/T19609抽吸卷烟,收集卷烟烟气气相,用非散射红外分析仪测定一氧化碳,计算出每支卷
烟烟气中一氧化碳量。
5试剂或材料
采用有效期内纯度不低于99.999%的氮气作为一氧化碳标准气体的混合气。非散射红外分析仪
应用至少三种相对误差小于2%的已知浓度标准气体进行校准,标准气体浓度范围应覆盖预期检测到
的一氧化碳浓度,以免外推曲线。宜采用一氧化碳浓度(体积分数)为1%、3%和5%的标准气体。
