前言
根据辽宁省住房和城乡建设厅“关于印发2018年辽宁省工程建设地方标准制修订项目
立项计划的通知”(辽住建科[2018]6号),沈阳建筑大学会同相关单位组成了规程编写组。
编写组参考了国内外技术文献和相关标准,深入调查空气源热泵系统的使用情况,并广泛征
求了相关部门意见,在研究、分析、科学试验和总结工程实践的基础上,编制了本规程。
本规程共9章3个附录,主要技术内容有:1总则;2术语;3基本规定;4空气源热
泵生活热水系统设计;5空气源热泵暖通空调系统设计;6电气与控制系统设计;7系统施
工与设备安装;8调试与验收;9维护与管理。
本规程由辽宁省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,由沈阳建筑大学负责具体技术内容的解
释。在使用过程中如有需要补充或修改的建议,请将有关资料寄送沈阳建筑大学规划建筑设

1总则
1.0.1根据国家和辽宁省有关节能减排的法律、法规和政策,为了规范空气源热泵系统工程
的设计、施工、验收、维护和管理,做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用和保证工程质量,
促进可再生能源在建筑中的应用,制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于新建、改建、扩建的工业与民用建筑中以空气源热泵作为冷(热)源的
暖通空调系统和生活热水系统的设计、施工、验收、维护和管理,以及在既有建筑中改造或
增设上述空气源热泵系统的设计、施工、验收、维护和管理。
1.0.3空气源热泵系统中采用的设备、组件、管道等必须符合国家现行的相关规范、标准和
技术文件等的规定。
1.0.4空气源热泵系统的设计、施工、验收、维护和管理,除执行本规程外,尚应符合国家
和辽宁省现行有关规范和标准的规定。

2术语
2.0.1空气源热泵系统airsourceheatpumpsystem
由空气源热泵机组、输配系统和生活热水配水点或暖通空调末端及相关附件等组成的系
统。
2.0.2空气源热泵生活热水系统domestichotwatersystemwithairsourceheatpump
由空气源热泵机组、输配系统、生活热水配水点及相关附件等组成的制备和供应生活热
水的系统。
2.0.3空气源热泵暖通空调系统HVACsystemwithairsourceheatpump
由空气源热泵机组、输配系统、暖通空调末端及相关附件等组成的暖通空调系统。
2.0.4空气源热泵机组airsourceheatpumpunit
利用动力驱动的蒸汽压缩循环,以空气作为热(冷)源,连续地将热量从低温介质转移
到高温介质,并用以制取热(冷)量的装置。
2.0.5整体式空气源热泵机组integratedairsourceheatpumpunit
压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器、水力模块等主要零部件在同一箱体内的空气源热泵机组。
2.0.6分体式空气源热泵机组splitairsourceheatpumpunit
压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器、水力模块等主要零部件不在同一箱体内的空气源热泵机组。
2.0.7一次加热式空气源热泵机组instantaneousheatingairsourceheatpumpunit
被加热水流过热泵机组内部的热交换器一次就达到设定温度的空气源热泵机组。
2.0.8循环加热式空气源热泵机组circulatingheatingairsourceheatpumpunit
被加热水通过水泵多次流过热泵机组内部的热交换器逐渐达到设定温度的空气源热泵
机组。
2.0.9静态加热式空气源热泵机组staticheatingairsourceheatpumpunit
被加热水通过与热泵机组的热交换器直接或间接接触,以自然对流形式逐渐达到设定
温度的空气源热泵机组。
2.0.10空气源热泵冷(热)水机组airsourceheatpumpwaterheatingunit
制取冷(热)水的空气源热泵机组,简称冷(热)水机组。
2.0.11空气源热泵冷(热)风机组airsourceheatpumpairheatingunit
制取冷(热)风的空气源热泵机组,简称冷(热)风机组。
2.0.12空气源热泵多联机airsourceheatpumpairheatingunit
制取冷(热)水或冷(热)风的多联式空气源热泵机组,简称多联机。
2.0.13平衡点温度balancetemperature
建筑物耗热量特性曲线与空气源热泵机组供热量特性曲线的交点对应的室外空气温
度。
2.0.14性能系数coefficientofperformance(COP)

热泵机组在名义工况和规定条件下运行时,其制热(冷)量与耗电量的比值。耗电量
为热泵主机的耗电量。

3基本规定
3.0.1空气源热泵系统应根据建筑的类型、规模、负荷特点、参数要求等,经技术、经济、
安全等性能分析确认合理时采用。
3.0.2空气源热泵机组的选型应符合下列规定:
1宜选用低环境温度空气源热泵机组;
2机组性能应符合国家现行标准。冬季设计工况下,冷热风机组性能系数不应小于1.8,
冷热水机组性能系数不应小于2.0;
3具有先进可靠的融霜控制,融霜时间总和不应超过运行周期的20%;
4对于同时供冷、供暖的建筑,宜选用热回收式热泵机组。
3.0.3空气源热泵机组室外机的设置应符合下列规定:
1机组之间应保持足够的距离,确保进风与排风通畅;
2避免排出空气与吸入空气之间发生明显的气流短路;
3避免遭受污浊气流的影响;
4噪声和排热符合周围环境要求;
5便于日常检修、维护及对室外机换热器的清扫;
6采取防积雪措施;
7便于化霜水有组织排放。
3.0.4空气源热泵系统可能存在冻结情况时,应对其采取防冻措施。
3.0.5生活热水、制冷、供暖两联供或三联供系统不应因一种系统的使用而影响其他系统的
正常使用。
3.0.6在既有建筑增设或改造空气源热泵系统时,必须复核并满足建筑结构和其他相关的安
全性要求。

4空气源热泵生活热水系统设计
4.1一般规定
4.1.1空气源热泵生活热水系统应在满足使用要求的水量、水质、水温和水压等条件下节约
能源、节约用水。
4.1.2空气源热泵生活热水系统所采用的设备、设施、阀门、管道、附件等应保证系统安全、
可靠地使用。
4.1.3空气源热泵生活热水系统应根据建筑性质、用水需求、供热条件、供水规模等选择相
应的空气源热泵机组和系统类型。
4.2用水量定额、水质和水温
4.2.1生活热水用水定额应根据卫生器具完善程度和地区条件确定,可按现行国家标准《建
筑给水排水设计标准》GB50015的规定选取。
4.2.2生活热水平均日节水用水定额应根据水温、卫生器具完善
