道路固化土应用技术规范

1范围

本文件规定了道路固化土应用的材料、设计、施工、质量管理与检查验收等内容。

本文件适用于各等级公路与城市道路的固化土路基和固化土基层、底基层的设计、施工与检查验收。

机场、厂矿和林区等专用道路可参照使用。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

土壤固化剂soilstabilizer

加入土料中,通过与土料、无机结合料、水和空气的物理与(或)化学反应,改善土料工程性能的

材料,分为粉体和液体两类。

固化土混合料stabilizedsoilmixtures

由土壤固化剂、无机结合料与土料按比例均匀拌和而成的混合料,或由土壤固化剂与土料按比例均

匀拌和而成的混合料。

3.3

固化土stabilizedsoil

固化土混合料在压实和养生后,性能达到工程应用要求的土,分为水泥类固化土、石灰类固化土、

水泥粉煤灰类固化土、石灰粉煤灰类固化土及无结合料类固化土。

4材料

4.1一般规定

采用特殊土、工程渣土、工业尾矿、冶炼废渣、建筑垃圾再生料、污泥、淤泥等废弃物作为主要原

料时,相关指标应符合GB5085.3、GB8978、GB/T25499等规范有关环保的规定。如超标,需处理合

格后,方可使用。

4.2土料

4.2.1土料最大粒径及有机质含量宜满足表1要求。

4.2.2土样的采集、试样制备和土料检测应符合JTG3430的有关规定,检验内容应满足表2要求。

4.3无机结合料

4.3.1水泥宜采用硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,强度等级宜不低于42.5级,并应符合JTG/TF20

的有关规定。

4.3.2石灰应采用消石灰或生石灰粉,并应符合JC/T481、JC/T479和JTG/TF20的有关规定。

4.3.3粉煤灰应符合GB/T1596和JTG/TF20的有关规定。

4.4土壤固化剂

土壤固化剂的匀质性指标、可溶性重金属离子含量、检测试件性能指标、液体土壤固化剂的稳定性

要求及粉体土壤固化剂的细度要求均应符合CJ/T486的有关规定。

5设计

5.1一般规定

5.1.1设计应根据不同道路等级和交通荷载等级要求选择技术可靠、经济合理的设计方案,并应符合

JTGD30、JTGD50、CJJ169、CJJ194的有关规定。

5.1.2固化土混合料应通过重型击实试验测定最佳含水率和最大干密度,试验方法应符合JTG3441

的有关规定。

5.1.3固化土混合料的4h凝结时间影响系数、水稳系数、28d抗冻性能应满足
