电加热锅炉能效测试技术规范

1范围

本文件规定了电加热锅炉能效测试的符号和单位、基本要求、测试用仪器仪表、测试准备、测试要

求、锅炉热效率计算和测试报告。

本文件适用于额定工作压力小于或者等于2.5MPa、符合《特种设备目录》范围内要求的电加热蒸

汽锅炉、电加热热水锅炉和电加热有机热载体锅炉的定型产品能效测试、在用锅炉定期能效测试。

按压力容器设计制造的电加热蒸汽发生器的能效测试参照本文件执行。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

电加热锅炉electricheatingboiler

以电能作为唯一加热源加热介质(水、有机热载体)以获得规定参数的蒸汽、热水或有机热载体的

锅炉。

3.2

耗电量powerconsumption

电加热锅炉在运行过程中加热介质(水、有机热载体)所消耗的电能,也称输入热量。

3.3

锅炉出力boilersteamrate

蒸汽锅炉的蒸发量、热水锅炉和有机热载体锅炉的热功率。

3.4

输出热量heatoutput

通过蒸汽、水、有机热载体等介质由锅炉向外提供的热量与进入锅炉的水、有机热载体等介质带入

的热量之差。

锅炉热效率boilerheatefficiency

单位时间内锅炉输出热量与输入热量的百分比。

锅炉额定工况boilerratedcondition

锅炉在设计额定出力和参数下运行的工作状态。

锅炉实际运行工况boileroperatingconditions

锅炉满足用户实际热负荷需求运行的工作状态。

正平衡测量法directprocedure

直接测量输入热量和输出热量来确定锅炉热效率的方法,也称直接测量法或输入输出法。
